Very responsive and willing to do the task requested.

Pros

I love having my freedom to not having to deal with a receptionist anymore. Every call is answered and my clients loves the texting service!

Cons

I sometimes have to repeat my requests and I also don’t like to have to make calls to customers that doesn’t respond to texts from AI. Also, finding the right service on the menu seems to be an issue sometimes. I have often mentioned if you can’t find the service on the menus, please just book the client for a consultation and I’ll take it from there. I have lost clients over this issue and that is bad for business. Also, a credit card is absolutely necessary in order to reserve an appointment. Groupon customers can NOT be booked for a treatment unless they have a consultation first and can only be booked on Tues, Weds and Thursday. No exceptions. A credit card is needed even if they have a voucher.

Pros

There are many features about Weave that makes our jobs so much easier. Our favorites are probably the texting feature and the internet phones that integrate with Dentrix.

Cons

It would be really nice if Weave could integrate with the ASAP list on Dentrix, and populate the same list to call/text patients when we're trying to fill an opening in our schedule.

Pros

The software is good for communicating with patients.

Cons

Customer support is severely lacking. And although call times are improving, I usually have to call more than once to get things done. I have been working to port fax numbers for over six months and still have two that have not ported at all, and one that says it's ported but only gets junk faxes. The real faxes are still going to efax. So it seems that it hasn't really ported. We called last fall to get a problem with the phones fixed and they created another problem in trying to fix it. One of the biggest dreads of my day is when someone says, "I need you to call Weave."

Pros

The text messaging to our clientele is the best feature.

Cons

I wish they had a calendar set up for voicemail messages. With all the holidays that are within a year. It would be nice to setup and forget, instead of constantly trying to remember to put those messages on and off.

Weave has cut our phone expenses 14% since on-boarding. Weave has improved our paperwork flow within the office and has increased staff efficiency.

Pros

The desktop app allows our staff to have immediate access to messages from our patients. The text feature has improved our communication with our patients. E-fax is a great time saver and has simplified the process of handling patient documents and is HIPAA compliant. Desktop app allows us to easily switch between offices.

Cons

Hold times for customer service historically have been long, however we have seen a decrease in hold time over the last 4 weeks. Would love to have one master account to manage our service as opposed to one for each office. There is a problem with texting to ATT and Criket numbers.

Leaving Weave was ridiculous. I was forced to go through a phone conversation with a rep named \[sensitive content hidden\] who tried every guilt tactic she could think of to make us stay. At that point I knew I was done. They are now holding 2 of our phones hostage and will not unlock them claiming they need to be returned, despite the fact that they initially told us they were "ours to keep"

Pros

We used Weave for several years and loved the text to pay feature. We loved the integration with Revolution, and loved the customer service

Cons

During COVID we lost the customer service. Then we started to see other changes in the company. BOT chat for example. Not being able to find a phone number to call customer service. Then they decided to roll out a whole new screen that was technical and difficult to use. That is when I started hearing complaints from my team. They hated it.

We chose Adit OVER Weave because of the changes they made to the company. Cost, and frustration over the screen changes.

Weave has created more problems than it solved.

Pros

Loved it at first because previously we didn't have an option for patients to leave a voice-mail if phones were all busy. It also helped us collect from a lot of outstanding balances.

Cons

The customer service. I guess they try... we would have to elevate issues multiple times and then also get our doctor involved before anyone would get back to us. They would then be very helpful, give us hope that the new solution would finally be the fix, and then either it wouldn't work at all, or something else would be messed up. Then the process would start all over again. I think they must be incredibly short-staffed, and have many tech members who are not fully trained.

Overall functions very well

Pros

Links well to practice management software, the phones are good quality, the mobile app makes it easy to communicate with patients. Appointment reminders and txt capabilities are very good.

Cons

Would like the ‘blast communications to improve. Such as a blast text for trying to fill late cancellations, or just information to link to a specific link on our webpage. I also would like the marketing email campaigns that we have created to be Saved, and to be able to recreate our format in the body of the email.

It has good, bad and ugly times that I have see. That did not stop me from integrating with the new music program purchased or the newly (as of 1130 am today) integrated schedule conformations. Looking forward to some of the options available. I am interested in finding out how to do the customer satisfaction

Pros

We like the caller ID although it can be a deterrent to answer certain calls. The Chat has come in handy but could be used more. There are probably programs and functions we are not familiar with and could use better.

Cons

Customer Service and getting in contact with someone if there is an issue....Is an Issue

We are a smaller office so the texting makes the patients feel like we are more personal with them.

Pros

I like the fact that I do not have to make very many phone calls to confirm patient appointments. The patients also love the text reminders. I also like the fact that when a patient texts me I can respond immediately if I am in front of my computer screen.

Cons

The only thing that I would like to see added would be a feature that links with our website so patients could text me from the website.

My dental office implemented Weave into our practice about a year ago. WOW, what a change it made to our office. It made our receptionists jobs so much easier by confirming patients via text, giving them voicemail, caller ID and more. Another awesome feature of this software is that after every appointment, they send your patient's a text so they can leave a review for your office online. The customer service for this company is remarkable and setup was super easy. This software gives your receptionists much more time to focus on other things. We see about 25-40 patients per day and Weave can handle it all... from the appointment confirmations to reviews. Weave changes the industry. This software is perfect and a must have for any dental office.

Pros

EVERYTHING! The features are remarkable. The best features of Weave are the caller ID feature, digital fax feature, the phones, the customer service, automated appointment confirmations, patient communication/texting feature, voicemail, and patient practice reviews. There's so much to say about this software that I'd have to write a book.

Cons

There is nothing that I dislike about this software. This software is flawless.

The programs are easy to use; support is mediocre; hardlined phones would work much better than the Yealink system.

Pros

Mobile Weave works well, easy to use software

Cons

Cordless phones always have unresolved issues; broken calls, phones don't work for 30 minutes here and there; customer support only does so much and issues are never resolved. Hard to get a hold of customer support when needed

Pros

We love the text function. If we miss a call from a client, the client is sent an automatic text that tells them that we'll call them back ASAP or that they can text us. The text comes up on our computer screen and we can correspond with the client that way. We can also send original messages to clients via text. We can send messages to clients even when we are not on the business premises which appear to come from the business phone. Weave has been a game changer for us.

Cons

Wish it would integrate with our MindBodyOnline software.

After going through the past 2.5months of patients getting texted when another patient was intended, I'm not sure how we will recover and hope that no one gets too upset about it. It's a huge HIPPA violation because we have gotten authorization to send patient appointment details like finances, and when we text patient "mary" about her appointment, Patient "bob" gets that text and then calls us. Not too impressed with how Weave handled this entire situation. We were offered a half credit of one month. Not happy at all with customer support because this went on for almost three months... I like it when it works right, it's actually perfect, but I can't risk these HIPPA Issues...

Pros

When it works properly, it's great for chatting in the office with team members and the texting feature is great

Cons

MAJOR HIPPA Violations It was texting the wrong patient. The chat feature stopped working. And some texts never went through so we have no idea who got what...which is a big liability for us

For the most part satisfied, not with the customer service and it is next to impossible to ever speak to a tech

Pros

The ability to communicate with patients even when the office is closed. The texting is huge!

Cons

Need to work out kinks on phones, especially the ability for all calls to go to each phone. If I am finishing up a call and another is coming in, the new call will not answer on current phone and forces me to move to another phone to answer. Multiple times where incoming calls will only go to certain phones and not all. Not convenient when a call is coming in and you just can't answer it since it wont hit your phone
