Pros

Hoowla is incredibly easy to use. All of its features are in an obvious place with a clear label. Perfect for new staff to quickly pick up where and how to use the system. The support staff and very friendly and always willing to help, going above and beyond what you would expect. Overall a perfect all-in-one system for all Case Management needs.

Cons

Whilst there has been problems or missing features, the support team are always pushing new updates and open to all suggestions to improve the system. Any cons I may have previously written have been implemented as features, resolved, or added to their to-do list for a future update.
