Travel Assist is a user friendly interface oriented Tour Management Application that enables a tour operator (DMC- Destination management center) to efficiently manage complete tour cycle from enquiry to tour operations to financial accounting and till balance sheet with Multi Company, currency and language integrated with various points of sales. It enables Tour company to manage operation of all business segments: FIT, GIT, Series, Adhoc, Charters and Excursion management.

It was good as it met our business need. But we could not make the most of it because of the users unwillingness to implement all the modules of the system.

Pros

Its integration with presales, operations and accounts which gave us clear information of tour wise profitability.

Cons

The system we used was designed in the older version of Oracle apps which was very outdated and not very user friendly.

Service intégré , logiciel sui compile les information

Cons

Surement un très bon produit, mais ne pas confondre avec un service comme TravelAssist.io qui propose une présence humaine pendant le voyage en marque blanche à destination des voyageurs

Pros

Nothing. I tried contacting customer support right after I submitted my application, as some information was autofilled. Did not reply, and received an email saying "Esta denied".

Cons

No customer support. Horrible experience for a pricy service.
