It was good as it met our business need. But we could not make the most of it because of the users unwillingness to implement all the modules of the system.

Pros

Its integration with presales, operations and accounts which gave us clear information of tour wise profitability.

Cons

The system we used was designed in the older version of Oracle apps which was very outdated and not very user friendly.

Surement un très bon produit, mais ne pas confondre avec un service comme TravelAssist.io qui propose une présence humaine pendant le voyage en marque blanche à destination des voyageurs

Pros

Nothing. I tried contacting customer support right after I submitted my application, as some information was autofilled. Did not reply, and received an email saying "Esta denied".

Cons

No customer support. Horrible experience for a pricy service.
