Pros We've been using Hireful ATS for a number of years and the customer support is always great, very quick and helpful. Hireful have continued to invest in improving the system, including data / reporting, AI, vacancy approval. The ability to integrate directly with job boards is great. Cons There is a potential our growing organisation will move to an all encompassing HRIS, and at the moment Hireful don't integrate with some of the larger scale providers. The team are very supportive with set up and ongoing use, training and learning and networking opportunities with other users. They are always looking to improve and add new features so the system is not static Pros Hireful is easy to you, with flexibility to customise to organisational needs and processes. It has great features like anonymised applications and scoring and ongoing development in areas like AI and onboarding.
