Cons There is a potential our growing organisation will move to an all encompassing HRIS, and at the moment Hireful don't integrate with some of the larger scale providers. The team are very supportive with set up and ongoing use, training and learning and networking opportunities with other users. They are always looking to improve and add new features so the system is not static Pros Hireful is easy to you, with flexibility to customise to organisational needs and processes. It has great features like anonymised applications and scoring and ongoing development in areas like AI and onboarding. Our account manager, and anyone else we have dealt with have been very responsive and always find solutions and talk us through how we can make better use of the portal, providing demos and training whenever needed. Cons The commute time function is calculated based off driving but most of our staff get the train as we have limited parking so we tend not to use this function.
