A reliable ATS that works well for our organisation, with a reactive and supportive team on hand to help. It supports consistent, people-focused hiring, which is constantly updating, improving and innovating new ideas.

Pros

Easy to use and supports a structured, fair recruitment process. Works particularly well in a charity setting, helping manage applications efficiently and maintain a good candidate experience. The Hireful team are always so helpful and go above and beyond.

Cons

Great for UK recruitment, but it is a little less flexible for global recruitment. Some features feel UK-focused, and reporting and customisation could be stronger for international use. But this makes sense for where customer base mostly is.

Very good, just a few small improvements and will be excellent. Would recommend to other businesses.

Customer support is excellent, super useful chat feature on the platform with quick responses. Able to export new hires to our HRIS system.

Cons

Not being able to complete interview notes within the system etc and also could do with better access to email templates.

The Hireful team is approachable, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what they do. They offer excellent support from initial setup through to day-to-day use, alongside helpful training, webinars, and opportunities to connect with other users. We also really value their commitment to continuous improvement, with regular updates and new features.

Pros

The product does exactly what it claims it will, delivering consistent and reliable performance that makes it easy to depend on. From the moment you start using it, everything works as expected, which builds confidence and saves time. What makes the experience even better is the team behind it. They are professional, responsive, and genuinely open to feedback. Whenever ideas or suggestions are shared, they listen carefully and take them seriously, often using that input to make meaningful improvements. This willingness to engage and adapt shows a strong commitment to users and continuous development. Overall, it’s a dependable product supported by a team that values communication and is always looking for ways to improve.

Cons

The only negative point I can highlight is that, on occasion, there may be a slightly clunky workaround required while further development or improvements are being implemented. These moments are not frequent, but they can interrupt the otherwise smooth user experience and require a bit of extra time or effort to navigate. That said, it is clear that these workarounds are temporary and part of an ongoing process to refine and enhance the product. The team appears committed to continuous improvement, so these minor inconveniences are likely to be addressed over time as updates and refinements are rolled out.

We have had a really positive experience working with Hireful and would particularly recommend them for the great service and flexibility.

Pros

We've been using Hireful ATS for a number of years and the customer support is always great, very quick and helpful. Hireful have continued to invest in improving the system, including data / reporting, AI, vacancy approval. The ability to integrate directly with job boards is great.

Cons

There is a potential our growing organisation will move to an all encompassing HRIS, and at the moment Hireful don't integrate with some of the larger scale providers.

Very happy using Hireful, One of the easier ATS's I have used. With the inclusion of AI assist it will help us improve our Talent Acquisition function.

Pros

Very easy tool to use,user friendly and simple to pick up, The system flows seamlessly and they are always adding new benefits.

Cons

Talent pool option is not the best. Reporting is also not the easiest to navigate at times and produces incorrect information.

We tried out a number of ATS systems before Hireful and have found it to be the most adaptable and intuitive to use, particularly as we don't do alot of recruitment. The team are very supportive with set up and ongoing use, training and learning and networking opportunities with other users. They are always looking to improve and add new features so the system is not static

Pros

Hireful is easy to you, with flexibility to customise to organisational needs and processes. It has great features like anonymised applications and scoring and ongoing development in areas like AI and onboarding.

Cons

No real negatives with Hireful ; there have been to odd occasion where it does not do exactly what we need but the team have actively supported with workarounds and have fed ideas into system development going forward

Pros

The Hireful ATS is easy to use and collates all applications from a variety of job boards making it straight forward for hiring managers to shortlist efficiently. Our account manager, and anyone else we have dealt with have been very responsive and always find solutions and talk us through how we can make better use of the portal, providing demos and training whenever needed.

Cons

The commute time function is calculated based off driving but most of our staff get the train as we have limited parking so we tend not to use this function.
