The implementation experience was very smooth and the ongoing customer service has been excellent. The system does exactly what we need it to and hiring managers seem to find it very easy to use.

Cons

I honestly cannot think of anything negative to say. There has been some tweaks I have wanted to make and they have always been actioned very quickly.

Love it. The ATS has completely improved our entire recruitment process, modernising it and reducing admin significantly. The customer service is brilliant as well.

Pros

Customer service is amazing. Whenever I have a query, I can get an answer almost immediately via the support chat function. The actual platform is very easy to use with every one of our hiring managers praising how much better our recruitment process is now we are using the ATS. As an admin, I find the posting of ads and scheduling of interviews/general communication so quick and easy.

Cons

Only one minor con and that is the anonymised names can get a little confusing. We once contacted the wrong candidate by mistake as their anonymised name was extremely similar to another candidate's.

Hireful is a great ATS for our organisation - a small charity with limited resources. It allows us to automate things, work more efficiently and provide great experience for candidates.

Pros

Customer success team and the support provided to the customers is second to none and hireful really thinks about how can we as an organisation can succeed in recruitment. System is easy to use and provides variety of functionalities and reporting.

Cons

I think at times the system could be a bit more flexible for the applicants and provide a bit better experience in completing application.

From initial conversation right through to the build and the launch the team have been incredible and on hand to help us thorugh the process. They are all a real asset to this business and have made our transition super simple.

Pros

Implementing hireful has saved our team a huge amount of time when it comes to the administration side of the recriutment process. Being able to schedule interviews to the ease of scoring applications through the system has been a huge shift for our organisation when it comes to time saving. Also being able to have a real indepth mix of reports has been incredibly helpful when looking at our process from a cost, DEI and time perspective.

Cons

There isnt anything we dislike as of yet.

Easy system in the main, however it feels constant sales push to buy new features. Very disappointed to have spent time exploring the HRIS integration by Hireful developer, company HR, Payroll and IT teams and HRIS consultants with next step tasks assigned to be informed that to develop this integration is not on their planner.

Easy to add a vacancy and see applicants for the vacancy

Cons

If a vacancy is put "on hold" it isn't actually on hold as it will cost another campaign credit to reactivate like a new vacancy. Does not integrate with our HRIS, despite time wasted by all parties visiting this option to be told that it is not on the planner to develop

We have had a really positive experience working with Hireful and would particularly recommend them for the great service and flexibility.

Pros

We've been using Hireful ATS for a number of years and the customer support is always great, very quick and helpful. Hireful have continued to invest in improving the system, including data / reporting, AI, vacancy approval. The ability to integrate directly with job boards is great.

Cons

There is a potential our growing organisation will move to an all encompassing HRIS, and at the moment Hireful don't integrate with some of the larger scale providers.

Great experience overall with a friendly and knowledgeable team, gets the job done. The value adds such as the webinars / AI updating / training etc are such a good thing to have access to.

Pros

Straight forward, uncomplicated and easy to use / navigate. Does what we need it to do. Hireful always looks at improvements for the system and gives other value adds as well as the ATS - webinars / training etc....which are great and extremely useful. The support / Customer Service is second to none.

Cons

Maybe not a "slick" as other more established ATS's - there are a couple of things that could improve the user journey (suggestions already made) but this takes nothing away from the usage and efficiency / effectiveness of the system

Very good experience. A system for recruiters, designed by recruiters. Constantly improving and updating, the new AI functionality coming through is really good. Everyone that works there is very passionate and helpful.

Pros

An easy to navigate system for both a recruiter and also the candidate experience. Easy to post vacancies and review applications. Additional webinars and support is fantastic for SMEs or standalone recruiters. The price point is great value.

Cons

Nothing really. The only reason for changing was to move to a larger fully integrated HR system as the business evolved.

I have been working with Easyweb for over 10 years now. I have to date saved clients literally hundreds of thousands of pounds by using the ATS. The Customer Service is second to none and the team are very skilled at supporting from initial demo's to advising on a brilliant candidate placement. I use ATS via Easyweb and would highly recommend the system, the team and the Management for all my recruitment needs.

Pros

Easy to use Huge client costs savings Link to other products I use eg: BreatheHR Time saving Candidate experience is enhanced

Cons

I do not have any dislikes about the product, if I had any areas for development I would feed back and I know it would be positively received.

We have reduced the number of emails and admin time between HR and clinics and the system allows all candidates to be accessed in one place.

Pros

This ATS is a very user friendly system and the on hand support team have been fantastic at dealing with any issues. The system is easy to navigate and saves a lot of admin time. We will also be able to use the reporting function for a review of our agencies.

Cons

We have struggled with the incompatible use of the ATS with Internet Explorer as this is the default system in all our clinics so managers don't have the same ease of use. Would also be useful as a recruiter to get notifications of new applications.

The product does exactly what it claims it will, delivering consistent and reliable performance that makes it easy to depend on. From the moment you start using it, everything works as expected, which builds confidence and saves time. What makes the experience even better is the team behind it. They are professional, responsive, and genuinely open to feedback. Whenever ideas or suggestions are shared, they listen carefully and take them seriously, often using that input to make meaningful improvements. This willingness to engage and adapt shows a strong commitment to users and continuous development. Overall, it’s a dependable product supported by a team that values communication and is always looking for ways to improve.

Cons

The only negative point I can highlight is that, on occasion, there may be a slightly clunky workaround required while further development or improvements are being implemented. These moments are not frequent, but they can interrupt the otherwise smooth user experience and require a bit of extra time or effort to navigate. That said, it is clear that these workarounds are temporary and part of an ongoing process to refine and enhance the product. hireful was the first ATS here - and it totally transformed the way we recruit. We have much greater visibility, improved reporting and data, and the system is genuinely so easy to use. We still aren't leveraging all of the elements of the system and we're working on this with hireful, especially since the merge of a number of divisions within our business. hireful have been extremely helpful with that merge and the resulting rebrand updates! Nothing is ever too much trouble for the team.

Pros

Easy to use - really intuitive for HR and hiring managers - they can often navigate the system without support. Easy to bespoke elements such as reporting - which give such great into source of hire and DEI elements. Super helpful team at hireful - nothing is ever to much trouble. Innovative - with a great programme of future developments. The AI prioritisation is proving helpful - although we're still in the early days of usage. Love the additions of webinars to support the hiring community!

Cons

Pros

We have been using Hireful (formerly Easyweb) for nearly 8 years. The ATS is easy to use, the customer support is great and it's very cost effective.

Cons

Having worked with the Hireful team for a number of years, we have developed and enhanced our system along the way. The team worked closely with us on the reporting tools, as initially the system didn't give us what we need, but we now have a bespoke report that captures all of the data we need it to. But from the start, the team have been on hand whenever we need them.

A great system with a great support team behind it who listen to their customers and genuinely care.

Pros

This is the second organisation I have introduced Hireful ATS in to and never hesitate to recommend them. It's easy to use, easy to see data and the reporting functionality is strong. The customer service is great, they listen to customers feedback and are constantly developing the system to stay ahead of the game. Recommendations I have made previously have been developed and implemented making the recruitment process so much easier, it's great to see as a user and to know that the team genuinely cares.

nothing comes to mind, it is a system which I have used in 2 charities now and it has enhanced our recruitment process both times

We have used Hireful for a long while, we left for one year, and came straight back. It was a no brainer for us, we get fabulous service and they make our lives easier.

Pros

Brilliant customer support, they really try to make your life easier where possible. The process is really smooth and consistent. You can choose which elements and boards you want to use, so making each campaign bespoke to the role. I get an update on monthly basis as to where we are with our account. When posting new roles, they respond quickly to get the role advertised as quickly as possible, but not without giving you tips on how to attract better or more candidates.

Cons

The ATS but thats not because it isnt good, we just have to do a work around when sorting CVs and going through selection process. If we didnt have our own ATS this wouldnt be an issue and would be ideal to use just theres.

The system is very user friendly and adaptable to your needs. The team are incredible, the support from my Account Manager \[sensitive content hidden\] and Customer Success Manager \[sensitive content hidden\] has been fantastic. They are super helpful and responsive.

Cons

It would be good to have a tool where we can easily 'talent pool' candidates into certain geographical regions and job families, then have a search function to be able to review this when a new job becomes available. It would be great if there was a central hub where we could keep in touch with these candidates
