The ATS has completely improved our entire recruitment process, modernising it and reducing admin significantly. The customer service is brilliant as well. Pros Customer service is amazing. Whenever I have a query, I can get an answer almost immediately via the support chat function. The actual platform is very easy to use with every one of our hiring managers praising how much better our recruitment process is now we are using the ATS. As an admin, I find the posting of ads and scheduling of interviews/general communication so quick and easy. Cons Only one minor con and that is the anonymised names can get a little confusing. We once contacted the wrong candidate by mistake as their anonymised name was extremely similar to another candidate's. We have much greater visibility, improved reporting and data, and the system is genuinely so easy to use. We still aren't leveraging all of the elements of the system and we're working on this with hireful, especially since the merge of a number of divisions within our business. hireful have been extremely helpful with that merge and the resulting rebrand updates! Nothing is ever too much trouble for the team. Pros Easy to use - really intuitive for HR and hiring managers - they can often navigate the system without support. There are a good number of features that we weren't using to our advantage but with the guidance of the EasyWeb team we are making much more use of the ATS and seeing the benefits of this. We are currently creating our own Careers Page on our website and EasyWeb have been great at supporting the implementation of the ATS within this. I've seen various improvements to the system in the fairly short amount of time I've been using it and I look forward to seeing the additional features that are in the pipeline. Pros The software is very user friendly, easy to understand and navigate and has some excellent features which help to simplify recruitment tasks. The team at EasyWeb are great to deal with, always on hand to answer any queries and support with any issues that do arise. Cons The software could be a bit slow at times - however the team do work to regularly update and improve so I have found it increasingly better to use as time has gone on. It was a no brainer for us, we get fabulous service and they make our lives easier. Pros Brilliant customer support, they really try to make your life easier where possible. The process is really smooth and consistent. You can choose which elements and boards you want to use, so making each campaign bespoke to the role. I get an update on monthly basis as to where we are with our account. When posting new roles, they respond quickly to get the role advertised as quickly as possible, but not without giving you tips on how to attract better or more candidates. Cons The ATS but thats not because it isnt good, we just have to do a work around when sorting CVs and going through selection process. If we didnt have our own ATS this wouldnt be an issue and would be ideal to use just theres. The team worked closely with us on the reporting tools, as initially the system didn't give us what we need, but we now have a bespoke report that captures all of the data we need it to.
