I've been a customer for almost ten years. They convinced me to switch from desktop to 360 and it was a bad move. 360 is not ready at all. We have two offices and use insurance. It is not built for this. Insurance claims do not sync primary and secondary insurance. So if you have hundreds of claims it wont send the secondary automatically. That means you have to dig through hundreds of claims and send it manually. Tax rates have to be manually set everyday. They still do not have our second credit card machine working, that was 6 months ago. They offered us discounts to switch but they were never automatically given and we had to call every month just to make sure they were applied. Follow up is really bad and they will blame our office if something isn't done, but you can always see where they dropped the ball. In one note with an exam you will click about 100 times......this is one of the worst parts. When a doc starts a note there is no way for the doc to know what insurance that patient is using other than the front desk making a note on every single visit. The visit does not link to a location or insurance. So if the doctor has to document slightly different because of Medicare or whatever they don't know what insurance the patient is using without going back to the scheduler and seeing if the front desk noted what insurane to use for that visit. When the doc gets to the fee slip he has to go looking to find what insurance to send to rather than it being linked at sign in. The subjective parts are not clearable. So if you recreate a note and have to change the subjective complaint you have to go in and unclick from the last time and then click again to fill it back in....another possible 20-40 clicks. This goes for exams as well....can't just clear a section...have to click to undo and then click to fill back in, it takes forever. They just made a new patient subjective intake form and it is beautiful. If they made their whole note section like this intake the notes would be awesome, but its not in the plan and you can't use it for the subjective. They are going to use the patient subjective and have the doctor subjective which is extrememly odd as the doc will have to make sure they match in each note. Fee slips are separate which would be good if you could see information from the note like what areas were adjusted. So if you forget by the time you've click 100 times in the note and are now on the fee slip you have to do 10 more clicks just to see the note again. Information does not recreate to the fee slip if people are seen in different clinics. Locations have to be manually changed on the fee slip everytime. The fee slips always recreate to the first listed insurance so you have to make sure the fee slip is sent to the right insurance/cash every single visit. Therapy codes are automatically set to show 15 mintues on the fee slip for some reason even though this should be denoted with the units 1,2,3,4. So if you only do a therapy for 8 minutes or say 25 minutes. The code will always say 15 minutes on the fee slip and this has to be manually changed every single time so it matches the note. There is no reason this has to be on the code when 1,2,3,4 could be used. Intake forms are not linked to the subjective so the doc has to manually fill in the subjective on every new patient. On exams in the note every section is open. ie....shoulder, knee, etc. So if on that visit you don't use that section you have to manually click to close it. The ledger is poor in the program, better than the first version, but still poor. Hard to read. You can send broadcast emails, but no reports on whether people actually open and see them. They are big on statements being sent by text and email, but so far people have not responded well at all to this being the primary statement sender, this probably varies by region and demographic. Their reports on patient visits are not accurate. I have stayed away because each time ive tried to use them I've found errors. I haven't looked into the reports on collections to see if they are accurate. This software could be really good, but it is not there yet. If you're straight cash this software will be fine, if you're a busy insurance office you will be frustrated and slow.

Pros

I like that everything is in one system, but the system is cumbersome. Hopefully they can make things better.

Cons

Notes take forever. 100 clicks on exams and more if you have to unclick areas and refill back in because you can't clear sections. Have to dig through hundreds of insurance claims to send secondaries. The list is big, but mostly notes are incredibly slow. It takes an hour to do 20 notes if there are any new patients or exams. I think one of the most frustrating parts is I've tried relaying all of the issues with the software many times, but it doesn't seem to be changing anything.

Pros

The software is very straightforward and easy to use. Everything is laid out nicely and makes sense. Chirospring helps to make our life better on a daily basis!

Cons

I have had nothing but a great experience with Chirospring. I do not have any cons from the software and very much appreciate the support we get if we ever need help with anything.

Overall, I like ChiroSpring, its flexibility and support are great. No program is perfect, but I find ChiroSpring is the most user friendly and easiest to navigate for my practice.

Pros

I have been using ChiroSpring for several years. It is a good value for the price when comparing it to other programs I have used. Doing notes are easy, as well as scheduling and Billing (very important). Every software does have the capability to create macros, ChiroSpring makes it straight forward and easy to do. I'd say where ChiroSpring stands out, to me, is their customer support. They never fail to reply to my concerns or problems within an hour to 1 business day. There's also a lot of videos to help explain and trouble shoot problems.

Cons

hmmm. The one thing I wish they would change is: if you change key items, it will affect past notes. I feel that any changes should only affect notes going forward.

Chirospring Desktop has been, overall, good to use as a practice mngt system. customer service can be slow and it bogs down and kicks you out frequently!!! But Chirospring 360 was an overall horrid experience!

Pros

For Chirospring 360 specifically... I liked the idea of everything being in one software... such as patient texting, forms, electronic billing and patient statements could all be included for one price.

Cons

Chirospring 360 seems to have tried to go to far too soon... once we were actually using it, it was way too many steps to do the simplest of things. Providers hated the notes... there were too many options and trying to create or customize your own was very time consuming. Also, in order to have copays, co-insurances and deductible info pull for check out the providers note has to be started and "attached to the fee slip" and even after doing that it did still did not pull correctly or at all... SO MANY STEPS! Maybe if an office did not take payments at the front desk or if they are a CASH ONLY practice this would work for them but every person in our office hated it! And we did all the trainings and watched tons of videos... maybe in 5 years when they have the bugs worked out! Not today!

Overall it has been a positive experience. The staff is always kind and willing to answer all of my questions. So many things to learn in the system so their patience is appreciated.

Pros

The ChiroSpring support team is always available for questions and responds in a timely manner! I also think the layout is very user friendly for new and more seasoned chiropractors. It also is very versatile with setting up your preferences in the notes. This software really is all inclusive especially if you get the growthhub package as I did. I love having an online scheduler!

Cons

One of my main complaints is that the software does not autosave a note as you are actively working in it. I also was disappointed out of all of the note templates they had none geared towards pregnancy/perinatal population, and there were none for pediatrics. However, I was able to create my own, it just took some extra time.

Reasons for choosing CHIROSPRING

Pricing was my number one factor and for the fact that ChiroSpring had so many integrative features included in the base packaging. The other deciding factor was the promos available when I signed up. I was able to get a free terminal which was a saving of $500! Also, they offer start up packages for new chiropractors!

We've been satisfied and would recommend it to other practices forsure! The teams are always improving the software and usually if there is a software ''need'' it gets taken care of quickly.

Pros

User interface is great, HIPPA Security, Value for the price, and the Customer Support is usually at least good and sometimes excellent/exceeds our expectations.

Cons

The user interface was slow and clunky on Chirospring desktop but we are excited to transfer to the 360 for better usability and efficiency in our office.

Very good. Date transfer was meh, but that was a function of what they were 'allowed' to bring over from the other software. I truly like this software better and at a better price.

Pros

Ease of use, great tutorials, tracking claims in process, it is a good value for our office, the doctor notes are easy and adequate. Customer support is quick and easy.

Cons

That we can't use our own number for the texting and that it doesn't keep track within the text system (for tasks and assigning tasks to other employees). Need better reports for end of day that could be on one sheet instead of hopping around for all of the info.

We have been with Chirospring for almost 2 years and I haven't had much to complain about throughout the entire term. Before Chriospring we bounced around to a few different software's and just weren't happy with any of them until we found Chirospring.

Pros

I love that it is a very easy software to learn and all of the help they offer if you run into problems. We have gotten so many compliments on the reminders that we send out to patients. Its wonderful to have all of the different options rather than trying to do it yourself.

Cons

On of my least favorite things is that the chief complaints form cant be edited after it has been submitted. I also wish that when you add a product to a patients account you could just add the payment from their unallocated balance rather than adding a new payment or going to a different area to apply the unallocated amount to the product.

We were on the server based system and switched to their cloud based system and were not a fan of their cloud system.

CHIROSPRING is a good all in one service with fairly easy to use features. There is a lot to learn but once comfortable with the system, it is a big-time saver. We are now a completely paperless office, and I highly recommend.

Pros

We love the patient portal and patients being able to schedule their own appointments, access records and send messages.

Cons

It is impossible to reach anyone by phone. Emails are responded to promptly. However, there are occasions when what takes several back and forths could be handled in one phone call.
