Before Chriospring we bounced around to a few different software's and just weren't happy with any of them until we found Chirospring. **Pros:** I love that it is a very easy software to learn and all of the help they offer if you run into problems. We have gotten so many compliments on the reminders that we send out to patients. Its wonderful to have all of the different options rather than trying to do it yourself. **Cons:** On of my least favorite things is that the chief complaints form cant be edited after it has been submitted. I also wish that when you add a product to a patients account you could just add the payment from their unallocated balance rather than adding a new payment or going to a different area to apply the unallocated amount to the product. **Switched From:** [ChiroTouch](https://www.capterra.com/p/48210/ChiroTouch/) **Reasons for Switching to CHIROSPRING:** We were on the server based system and switched to their cloud based system and were not a fan of their cloud system. This user-friendly approach ensures that the system is easy to navigate for employees of all ages, reducing the learning curve and allowing staff to find information and complete tasks quickly and efficiently. **Cons:** There are rare instances when the platform seems to be under a heavy load, causing it to run a little slow and take a while to fully refresh a screen or complete a process. It's important to note, though, that this minor performance lag is quite rare. The true strength of the system is its robust reliability, as we almost never experience a total system outage or downtime, making it a highly dependable tool for daily operations.
