Overall, I like ChiroSpring, its flexibility and support are great. No program is perfect, but I find ChiroSpring is the most user friendly and easiest to navigate for my practice.

Pros

I have been using ChiroSpring for several years. It is a good value for the price when comparing it to other programs I have used. Doing notes are easy, as well as scheduling and Billing (very important). Every software does have the capability to create macros, ChiroSpring makes it straight forward and easy to do. I'd say where ChiroSpring stands out, to me, is their customer support. They never fail to reply to my concerns or problems within an hour to 1 business day. There's also a lot of videos to help explain and trouble shoot problems.

Cons

hmmm. The one thing I wish they would change is: if you change key items, it will affect past notes. I feel that any changes should only affect notes going forward.

Overall it has been a positive experience. The staff is always kind and willing to answer all of my questions. So many things to learn in the system so their patience is appreciated.

Pros

The ChiroSpring support team is always available for questions and responds in a timely manner! I also think the layout is very user friendly for new and more seasoned chiropractors. It also is very versatile with setting up your preferences in the notes. This software really is all inclusive especially if you get the growthhub package as I did. I love having an online scheduler!

Cons

One of my main complaints is that the software does not autosave a note as you are actively working in it. I also was disappointed out of all of the note templates they had none geared towards pregnancy/perinatal population, and there were none for pediatrics. However, I was able to create my own, it just took some extra time.

Pricing was my number one factor and for the fact that ChiroSpring had so many integrative features included in the base packaging. The other deciding factor was the promos available when I signed up. I was able to get a free terminal which was a saving of $500! Also, they offer start up packages for new chiropractors!

Amazing EHR for Chiropractors whether you are a large scale practice or a small private practice. Insurance claims are streamlined, and any document can be systematically organized however you like it to be for easy record keeping.

Pros

The best thing about ChiroSpring is that they listen and implement changes and updates that doctors and offices actually want! They are a very fair and competitive with their pricing, and their customer support always steps in a helps when needed.

Cons

Certain notetaking features could be improved, but I heard of a new update coming out soon that should address this! Like I said, always working to be a better EHR software.

ChiroSpring is very user friendly and easy to use. We love all of the continued improvements and added features.

Pros

ChiroSpring offers fast and easy note taking. I love the Ditto feature! I also love the updated Billing features!

Cons

I would love to add a toggle feature that allows you to hide and unhide the cancelled and rescheduled appointments. It would help us keep the scheduler screen tidy and easier for our providers to see who is actually coming in, but we could also toggle it back to see all of the prescheduled appointments for the day for our front desk staff.

We have been with Chirospring for almost 2 years and I haven't had much to complain about throughout the entire term. Before Chriospring we bounced around to a few different software's and just weren't happy with any of them until we found Chirospring.

Pros

I love that it is a very easy software to learn and all of the help they offer if you run into problems. We have gotten so many compliments on the reminders that we send out to patients. Its wonderful to have all of the different options rather than trying to do it yourself.

Cons

On of my least favorite things is that the chief complaints form cant be edited after it has been submitted. I also wish that when you add a product to a patients account you could just add the payment from their unallocated balance rather than adding a new payment or going to a different area to apply the unallocated amount to the product.

My overall experience with Chirospring has been very positive. As a solo practitioner who runs the office without any staff, Chirospring has brought a high degree of efficency to the scheduling of, and communication with patients both new and existing. The ability to create complete, detailed notes quickly, and have a claim associated with that visit generated and ready to send out within seconds makes me smile everyday. Returning ERA's posted to claims automatically saves so much time, and having all claim and patient information, available and accessible from any computer in the office or off-site adds convenience and saves time and worry. I could never go back to a server based system with manual insurance posting.

Pros

By far the aspect I enjoy the most about Chirospring is the ease of appointment scheduling, both in the office and with the online scheduler linked to my website. This component alone was a game changer in minimizing the time taken up during the day by phone calls. Patients love the text reminders after scheduling and the day before their appointment, and many have remarked about the professionalism this feature adds to the office. A close second to the everyday convenience of the system was the customer service of the Chirospring team. The ease of contact, and speedy response from someone that could answer my questions makes me feel like I have a pro team working in my office.

Cons

If there is anything I would say I disliked about my first 6 month experience with Chirospring, it would be some of the confusion I had about additional charges for added billing features. A better explaination or a heads-up about the monthly auto-draft would have belayed that.

Overall my experience with Chirospring is positive. I am very tech saavy so getting used to the software wasn't too bad, as opposed to other colleagues who say this program wasn't as easy to use for them. I have previous experience with ChiroTouch, and was not a fan of the layout at all.

Pros

Customer service is outstanding - I know I'm always asking questions in regards to billing and I usually get a response within an hour, which is another great trait: very accessible and someone is almost always available to answer questions.

Cons

It is a little on the pricey side, but does cut a lot of administrative time for me. I understand needing to make money where you can but a lot of the service fees I feel are arbitrary (cost to upload files to claim, charge per e-claim of PI claims, etc). Before I was forced to submit them electronically, I was mailing them out by hand to avoid additional costs, as I am trying to budget as much as possible - being a new business owner and running my own practice.

Chirospring Desktop has been, overall, good to use as a practice mngt system. customer service can be slow and it bogs down and kicks you out frequently!!! But Chirospring 360 was an overall horrid experience!

Pros

For Chirospring 360 specifically... I liked the idea of everything being in one software... such as patient texting, forms, electronic billing and patient statements could all be included for one price.

Cons

Chirospring 360 seems to have tried to go to far too soon... once we were actually using it, it was way too many steps to do the simplest of things. Providers hated the notes... there were too many options and trying to create or customize your own was very time consuming. Also, in order to have copays, co-insurances and deductible info pull for check out the providers note has to be started and "attached to the fee slip" and even after doing that it did still did not pull correctly or at all... SO MANY STEPS! Maybe if an office did not take payments at the front desk or if they are a CASH ONLY practice this would work for them but every person in our office hated it! And we did all the trainings and watched tons of videos... maybe in 5 years when they have the bugs worked out! Not today!

Overall it has been good, very easy to use and a lot of helpful and useful features, it is also very quick to use.

Pros

I really like how user friendly it is and ability to customized things how you want them. The fee slip feature is smooth and straightforward.

Cons

The financial reports section needs a lot of work. We can never seem to get accurate reports that match our quickbooks and bank accounts. Some employees work off of a bonus structure based on collections and the inaccuracy of reports by Chirospring makes this difficult.

Program can sometimes run a little slow when saving notes but that could also be the computers I'm using.

The customer service and support with ChiroSpring has been phenomenal. I can't say enough good things about their team. Every time I call or email, I am greeted with friendly and helpful staff. They go above and beyond to ensure our questions/issues are answered/solved.

It took more time than expected to train our staff on this software. Although we do love it now, it took us some time to get used to it.

There are some things that could be better such as the intake forms for patients, easier way to see notes from other providers in the office, a normal AR Report that shows everything from that day that matches the bank deposit amount!

It's an easy program to get familiar with. Even after updates. Learning how to use Chirospring and all it's features is not a head-scratcher. If I have any questions or concerns, I am able to reach Chirospring staff rather quickly. I don't have very many complaints.

Pros

I like how there is multiple ways to complete a task, such as applying payments to claims. It's also reassuring any error made is easy to fix.

Cons

I am not a fan of OA45 denial fees. In my honest opinion, we shouldn't be charged a fee for a doctor directed write-off. While we understand Medicare and other payers have their own coding protocols, this denial fee makes our monthly invoices expensive.

ABC Easy as... 123 Do you remember? Sesame Street. There is something we all loved about Sesame Street. It taught us how to spell words and how to count when we were young. Fast forward. In the complex, convoluted and inconsistent world of insurances, it's become frustrating to put it all together in a simple format. It feels designed to make an office/staff/chiropractor forget how to spell and count. Big Bird would lose his feathers dealing with insurances. Enter ChiroSpring. 100% Cloud based. All in one. This is a well thought out system. Also, tailored for chiropractors, patients and staff. Listen to some of their insights as to how/why ChiroSpring thinks and deploys their format to make the patient, front desk and chiropractors job more efficient. They bring it all together. Like learning our ABC's and 123's. Like Sesame Steet for adults.

Cons

Made me realize I was stuck in the 90's with how we handled certain things. Don't get me wrong, I still love 90's music... just not the technology.

We have been with chirospring for 5 years and they continue to improve constantly. If there's an issue they work to resolve it quickly, they are a very hands on company! We are very happy with the software we choose!

Pros

We love Joe easy chirospring is to use. Switching over to a new software program is overwhelming, but we found it easy to switch over to chirospring with access to tons of videos online and the platform is very user friendly!

Cons

When we have an issue with chirospring we easy just email the support team and they find a application for us. No complaints here!
