The e-mail customer support is really 24/7 and the answer is generally there in minutes. Longest...for a big goof was +/- an hour. Cons The only thing I can think of is that I want to have the option for patients fill out the paperwork at home so I have the info before they arrive. Their response time to my questions was very quick and professional. I always felt like I had a contact at Chirospring and that I was never left alone to figure out the program. It was easy to use and I will recommend it to other chiropractors. Pros I enjoyed how all the icons could easily be identified and located. The flow of the process of setting up and getting up and running was smooth and easy. I appreciated the simplicity of the program. Cons I wish the claims could be submitted right from the software, instead of having to download and send over the file ourself. October 24, 2017 5.0 Pros I rarely write reviews so it's not a small thing that I'm writing my second five star review for Chirospring. My office has been with the company for over 3 years. In that time, I've been so impressed and appreciative to be on the receiving end of an almost constant stream of product upgrades and new features. Recently the software team hacked a challenge that my office was having with our supplement inventory management. They reduced a 2 hour daily procedure to a 1 hour daily procedure and "cured" the headache associated with our product ordering process. My inventory management position no longer requires a person with intense concentration and complex mathematical skills to manage a simple task, and this widens my hiring pool going forward. Chirospring is more than keeping pace with the slippery game of constant technology and industry changes. They are performing as leaders. The result for me is a software program that has created the framework for a 3 fold increase in my practice stats in the last 3 years. The result is the security and confidence of knowing that I'm partnered with a growth oriented company that is here to stay. And the result is the satisfaction of working with ethical, hardworking and customer service oriented professionals, who I can count on for consistent attention both to my account and to the advancement of their product. It could use a better system for keeping track of and filing daily notes for better intraoffice communication and project management, but we are able to do that fairly successfully on a simple Word document. We spent years researching software company after software company looking for the perfect fit but, nothing had everything we were looking for. When I first had a demo of ChiroSpring it seemed too good to be true. It had everything we had been looking for and it all made sense. It felt like it was actually designed by a Chiropractor. We were hesitant to switch because it is such a big commitment but, it was well worth it. We have been able to reduce our office staff because the billing is so complete and easy. Our collections went from 78% to 92% in three months. The notes are easy, intuitive and very customizable. And, above all the customer support is exceptional.
