Faster, easier to use, easier on the eyes.

Pros

Easy, started 1/1/18 with minimal changes from the basic and now starting to customize more and the possibilities are amazing. The e-mail customer support is really 24/7 and the answer is generally there in minutes. Longest...for a big goof was +/- an hour.

Cons

The only thing I can think of is that I want to have the option for patients fill out the paperwork at home so I have the info before they arrive.

I enjoyed working with Chirospring because I was able to use their software while in the office or out on the road, making house calls. Their response time to my questions was very quick and professional. I always felt like I had a contact at Chirospring and that I was never left alone to figure out the program. It was easy to use and I will recommend it to other chiropractors.

Pros

I enjoyed how all the icons could easily be identified and located. The flow of the process of setting up and getting up and running was smooth and easy. I appreciated the simplicity of the program.

Cons

I wish the claims could be submitted right from the software, instead of having to download and send over the file ourself.

Pros

I rarely write reviews so it's not a small thing that I'm writing my second five star review for Chirospring. My office has been with the company for over 3 years. In that time, I've been so impressed and appreciative to be on the receiving end of an almost constant stream of product upgrades and new features. Recently the software team hacked a challenge that my office was having with our supplement inventory management. They reduced a 2 hour daily procedure to a 1 hour daily procedure and "cured" the headache associated with our product ordering process. My inventory management position no longer requires a person with intense concentration and complex mathematical skills to manage a simple task, and this widens my hiring pool going forward. Chirospring is more than keeping pace with the slippery game of constant technology and industry changes. They are performing as leaders. The result for me is a software program that has created the framework for a 3 fold increase in my practice stats in the last 3 years. The result is the security and confidence of knowing that I'm partnered with a growth oriented company that is here to stay. And the result is the satisfaction of working with ethical, hardworking and customer service oriented professionals, who I can count on for consistent attention both to my account and to the advancement of their product. Thank you once again team Chirospring!

Cons

Nothing is perfect, but this is as close as it gets. It could use a better system for keeping track of and filing daily notes for better intraoffice communication and project management, but we are able to do that fairly successfully on a simple Word document.

I have not run into many problems, and when I did it was just because I’m not very IT savvy, the tech support team we’re so patient, Wales me through it without showing any frustration... they are all Chirospring Rockstars!!!!

No complaints.... if you watch the videos and pay attention when they coach you up you will love it

The basic icon design with highly customizable features. Excellent customer support. They will update and change things to fit your needs. They have an actual phone number and answer it. They are open to new ideas. The software is very intuitive and simple to use.

We have had ChiroSpring software in our office now for almost 3 years. This software company is the most exceptional company I have ever delt with and the product they produce is outstanding. The software is so efficient that I did not have to replace my billing employee when she retired. I have been able to manage to bill very easily on my own. The notes the software produces are both professional and easy. Our other favorite thing about this software is how integrated and highly customizable it is. You can truly make this software your own. Most importantly, for me, is the amazing customer service. They truly go above and beyond in all they do! ChiroSpring software is absolutely the best chiropractic software available.

Ease of work flow. Credit card integration. Paperless solution. Scalability. They LISTEN to their client and respond WITHOUT you feeling nickel and dimed. I was impressed to say the least and have previously owned ChiroTouch and MacPractice. NO comparison. Enjoy your increased revenue while enhancing the almighty workflow issue(s) that we all try to simplify. True CLOUD BASED, use a mac, a pc, a tablet, a Ipad..anything you want or a hybrid set up.

I love that I have the ability to look up information on drugs and diagnosis codes built right into the software. It saves time and definitely helps with patient care.

Cons

Because there are so many features, it does take a little while to learn how to operate it effectively. Some alerts are also tough to figure out, such as the Med Rec one but overall I am quite pleased with it.

We have been using ChiroSpring for over a year now and we couldn't be happier. We spent years researching software company after software company looking for the perfect fit but, nothing had everything we were looking for. When I first had a demo of ChiroSpring it seemed too good to be true. It had everything we had been looking for and it all made sense. It felt like it was actually designed by a Chiropractor. We were hesitant to switch because it is such a big commitment but, it was well worth it. We have been able to reduce our office staff because the billing is so complete and easy. Our collections went from 78% to 92% in three months. The notes are easy, intuitive and very customizable. And, above all the customer support is exceptional. I have never dealt with a more honest, loyal company. ChiroSpring is truly a quality company and we are so very thankful to have found them.

ChiroSpring is an awesome company. The software is very user-friendly and easy to navigate. If you are a new doctor, they will offer you a discount for the first year which really helps. It is very easy to setup, and you will have plenty of training from their staff. Here is a list of features that I love about ChiroSpring: everything is on one screen, access your patient information from anywhere, finish your SOAP notes very fast, billing app is amazing, calendar is awesome, constant updates to improve the software is a big plus. No matter if you are a new practice opening up, or a very busy established practice, I would highly recommend ChiroSpring.
