Cinema ticketing and point of sale for VIP and standard cinemas and theatres. Over 25 years in ticketing - features include online booking, fully automated Wordpress websites, self-service PoS stations, mobile apps, emails and digital cinema signage. A massive range of modules available including staff scheduler, time clock, purchase ordering, film booking, custom reporting, csv outputs, payroll and accounting system integrations, TMS integration, loyalty, membership and gift cards.

Jacro's new internetticketing.com solution for TaPoS users continues to go from strength to strength and allows administration from anywhere in the world - an essential feature requirement in modern times! Jacro have always been quick to adapt to, and implement our every changing requirements.

Pros

Jacro's TaPoS is a breath of fresh air when it comes to ease of day to day operation in cinemas. The system is easy to use to suit all members of staff and managers with varying levels of technical ability. Where routine issues may occur, the support team are very knowledgeable and able to respond quickly, efficiently and can guide staff through fixes with minimal effort. From an administrative point of view, the back office parts of the software are powerful and getting better day by day.

Cons

There is very little not to recommend here. A dedicated set of Linux programs might be an advantage to do away with the issues associated with Windows that are not the fault of the software package, but this is a very minor concern for what is otherwise an exceptional package.

Since late 2016 we have used this new system. It handles our POS transactions, our ticketing for internet purchases, the sale of our Gift Cards and now JACRO have even developed our brand new website. Esentially we have all our eggs in one basket. The team at JACRO are easy to deal with and always reply to any emails within a timely period.

Pros

The POS Software which we use daily is very easy for our young staff to use. Simply power on the POS, login and you're able to quickly sell tickets, Candy Bar items & Gift Cards. Everything is there at our finger tips. We're able to search for internet bookings, previous transactions and print receipts. All of which is very simple to do.

Cons

I honestly can say that there is nothing this software can't do. If we ever do have an issue, like when windows decides to do a random system update and erase our network settings, the team at Jacro are there via phone and email to guide us through the process to getting back online.

Reasons for choosing JACRO

We searched for quite a while for a new ticketing system and the one by JACRO delivered everything we needed, and MORE! Even after 3 years, we're still finding out about new features which it can handle. Not only does it take care of our Ticketing/Candy Bar/Internet/Gift Card sales but we have also purchased a digital screen solution from them which works with the JACRO software. We can update our digital advertising screens through their portal which is all connected. We now update our website through this portal as well. This product is second to none, their team are reliable and ensure that you, the customer, is treated as though you're their only one. That's why we continue with the JACRO products.
