"An Easy and Effective Review Management Solution"

**Overall:** Overall, my experience with NiceJob was very positive. The platform excels at simplifying the process of collecting, managing, and showcasing customer reviews, making it easy for businesses to strengthen their online reputation with minimal effort. I appreciated how automated and user‑friendly the system is—once set up, it runs smoothly in the background while consistently generating new reviews and social proof. That said, NiceJob is best suited for businesses seeking a straightforward, automated reputation management solution. Customization and reporting options are somewhat limited for those wanting deeper control or advanced analytics. Despite this, it delivers strong value by doing exactly what it’s designed to do: helping businesses build trust, credibility, and visibility through authentic customer reviews.

**Pros:** What I liked most about NiceJob was how simple and effective it made collecting and sharing customer reviews. The platform streamlined the process of requesting reviews and automatically sharing them across key channels, which helped build credibility and improve online reputation with minimal effort. I also appreciated its user‑friendly interface and automation features, which made it easy to stay consistent without adding extra work for the team.

**Cons:** What I liked least about NiceJob was the limited customization and control over certain workflows and branding elements. While the automation is helpful, it can feel restrictive if you want more flexibility in how review requests are timed, worded, or targeted. Reporting and analytics are also fairly basic, which may not be ideal for businesses looking for deeper insights into review performance or customer behavior.

"Reviews automated"

**Overall:** It's made the process of asking for reviews or feedback completely automated. Now we can just watch the information come in. We were very pleasantly surprised with the number of 5 star reviews coming in weekly. This has helped our online reputation grow exponentially.

**Pros:** By integrating NiceJob with my customer software we're now able to eliminate manually asking customers for reviews, and can easily get 5-10 new positive reviews per week - with our eyes closed. We literally don't even have to press a button, as soon as we close a job it automatically gets sent into NiceJobs pipeline. Nice job follows up, and will leave the customer alone once they leave a review. It will tell you when and where the customer left the review as well - yes you can remove people who'd like to be removed. There is also another feature that we found extremely useful. Say goodbye to bulk mailers. Have a customer referral program? Send out blasts for that with NiceJob. Anything relevant to your business. For us, it was getting as many 5\* reviews as possible, and making awareness of our paid referral program. If you're trying to find a way to make NiceJob work for your specific needs. I'd say to give them a call, they will give you tailored help to make it fit your account. Like I said above, adding tags in our case helped NiceJob to filter out who and who not to send the review requests to. It's probably the most simple yet robust system we've added to our artillery here.

**Cons:** This issue was an US problem - but not wanting NiceJob to reach out to customers we really knew were not happy, or warranty customers or for whatever reason. We resolved this by tagging the customers in our customer software as "noreview" so NiceJob would not auto-send them review requests.
