February 14, 2019 5.0 When I think about leaving review, it has more significant now that I’m at a business owner my reviews are getting an off a lot of traction, so much so that hey Review can seem to say 1000 words more than a photo ever could. With any service based business, gathering reviews is paramount. NiceJob has fit that need for us and have become an essential aspect of our business growth and development. Pros Clearly, the ease-of-use and seamless integration between our CRM and their service. And quite literally the cost versus the benefit is clear, worthwhile, and actually beneficial. Now we can just watch the information come in. We were very pleasantly surprised with the number of 5 star reviews coming in weekly. This has helped our online reputation grow exponentially. Pros By integrating NiceJob with my customer software we're now able to eliminate manually asking customers for reviews, and can easily get 5-10 new positive reviews per week - with our eyes closed. We literally don't even have to press a button, as soon as we close a job it automatically gets sent into NiceJobs pipeline. Nice job follows up, and will leave the customer alone once they leave a review. It will tell you when and where the customer left the review as well - yes you can remove people who'd like to be removed. There is also another feature that we found extremely useful. Say goodbye to bulk mailers. Have a customer referral program? Send out blasts for that with NiceJob. Anything relevant to your business. For us, it was getting as many 5\* reviews as possible, and making awareness of our paid referral program. If you're trying to find a way to make NiceJob work for your specific needs. I'd say to give them a call, they will give you tailored help to make it fit your account. Like I said above, adding tags in our case helped NiceJob to filter out who and who not to send the review requests to. It's probably the most simple yet robust system we've added to our artillery here. Cons This issue was an US problem - but not wanting NiceJob to reach out to customers we really knew were not happy, or warranty customers or for whatever reason. We resolved this by tagging the customers in our customer software as "noreview" so NiceJob would not auto-send them review requests. Review Source WF Waleed F. In the first 6 months, we more than doubled the number of Google reviews we'd received in the previous 15 years! And the reviews are overwhelmingly positive. NiceJob makes it so easy for customers to leave a public review. It turns out if you make it easy, customers are happy to share good things about your company. There are lead generation features that seem simple to use, but we haven't deployed them yet. NiceJob support is fantastic - responsive, accommodating and solution-focused. Once setup which was quick and painless, our review count almost doubled within one month. We are seeing much much much higher review rate and that automatically leads to more jobs and leads in our industry. Cons I feel like $75 is a GREAT deal for what it provides. But as a small company all monthly expenses provide a challenge. If there was a smaller package it would be great, but the $1 first month trial period really proved it’s worth. The gentleman was extremely friendly. After my research nice job seemed the most reasonable. The service is amazing I ask my customers for reviews every stop but lack the convenience of having it in front of you so I believe they don’t for that reason. Nice job puts it right in front of them with a text, super easy. I love it I recommend it to any friend so have who own their own companies because it has been so great for us. Reviews make business or break business these days and if you have a 5 star business it’s crucial to have an easy way for your customers to let everyone k ow that you are in fact a 5 star business.
