They were very easy to implement and with the robust online help offerings we really haven't needed customer support. Additionally, it is easy to save settings for future events.

Pros

TicketLeap is very easy to manage. It's easy to build events with custom settings that you can save as pre-sets for future events. You can track response rates and analyze data across events. It is easy to see trends!

Cons

We have heard from customers that they have experienced bugs where the website just glitches and can't process a request. It's not very often but we definitely recognize that it is an issue.

I've use several ticket service platforms through the years. Ticketleap has been a good choice for me.

Pros

Ticketleap is an affordable and easy-to-use ticket service for my retreats, trainings and other events at my Lancaster School of Psychodrama, which offers continuing education to helping and healing professionals.

Cons

There are a few options that I would like to see in the "text" category of my event that would make it even easier to use.

After many years of using paper tickets and processing manually, it was a freeing experience to let TicketLeap do the work for my nonprofit. Older patrons took a while to learn how to purchase online instead of through the mail. When we needed more features, we moved to a paid system.

Pros

Automated ticketing after doing manual ticketing for many years. Free to use was a big selling feature.

Cons

It is primarily a ticketing program, but had capability to send basic emails if I remember correctly. This was limiting.

I like it but I find eventbrite a bit easier to navigate. I liked when the menu bar is simple and I do not need to search in depth to make revisions on my event

Pros

I think it's a good value. There are easy options for adding promotions and event management. However I find there are a few bugs in the system as adding dates to the event

Cons

adding dates to events are difficult to manage. I found that I need to create a new event instead of adding the dates

Overall - I have been extremely pleased working with TicketLeap. I don’t know anything about the company beforehand, but I am very happy I had the opportunity to use them for this event and will continue to use them for future events.

Pros

TicketLeap is easy to use, they manage the event from the very beginning with ease. I didn’t have to worry about tickets and price discounts because I could make various ones for the price I chose. Every person was able to understand the products they purchased with the description feature. I was even able to refund a ticket because of last minute changes! At the conclusion of the event I was given a breakdown of ticket sales. I would definitely use them again.

Cons

I don’t have a con about using TicketLeap. I was able to use them with ease, I didn’t have to personally sell tickets to individual people and keep up with the cash, and I don’t have any paper trails to handle. All pros!

### "Painless Process but unfortunate Fee Stacking (but not too bad) "

I think TicketLeap has made the process so smooth. We have considered looking at other ticket services but it seemed TicketLeap does have some of the lower fees and we've never had any issues with them so we decided to stay. They have made the process seamless.

Pros

Ticketleap is extremely easy to use. It has a beautiful interface and a great system for emailing your event attendees and tracking tickets. We've been using it for our event for 5 years now and it has made the process so painless.

Cons

My least favorite thing about TicketLeap is the fees. I feel bad making our attendees eat so many fees per ticket, especially if they are buying tickets for a group. That can really add up. I wish there was a way that they could have one fee for the order, that way if people were buying 10 tickets they aren't paying $20+ in fees if its processed on one card.

We've loved using ticket leap and have grown with it over many years. I have found customer support to be helpful and informed. Cash return is seamless and fast. The check in app is kind of user friendly but can cause us stress and delays.

Pros

I find that duplicating and updating our annual and bi-annual events is easy and streamlined. Updating with current or upcoming information makes the process fast to get us selling tickets quickly.

Cons

The ticket check in scan in process can be difficult to work with, especially during stressful check in.

My overall experience with TicketLeap is good. I had an incident where someone purchased a ticket, and attended the event but still requested a refund, and the fund was giving back to this customer and taken right my funds of another event. I wasn't happy about that but understood after speaking with customer support, who was helpful and called me back with answers.

Pros

I love TicketLeap and use it often because it is easy to use for my customers. It has a professional set-up, and looks great when advertising events.

Cons

My Con as it related to TicketLeap is that there is no option for deposit of payment before the event ends. When planning events, the proceeds are usually how the event is paid for, and if the funds are not released until the event is over you aren't able to use them in the planning process.

My overall experience with TicketLeap was positive. Ease of use is definitely one of its strongest points; everything is simple to set up and manage without needing much experience. The reporting tools are helpful and give a good overview of sales and attendance, though they could be a little more detailed.

Pros

What I liked most about TicketLeap is how easy it is to use. You can set everything up quickly without needing any technical skills, and I like that there are no upfront costs, so you’re not paying unless you’re actually selling tickets. It just makes the whole process simple and stress-free.

Cons

What I like least about TicketLeap is that the per-ticket fees can add up, especially for larger events. Also, the customization options for event pages feel a little limited if you want something more unique or branded.

It is a great way to keep track of who bought tickets and it's easy to scan their phones as they walk in the door to keep an attendance record.

Pros

I'm not super techy but this website is so easy and quick to use! We don't have to sell tickets with a cash box at lunch anymore!

Cons

I honestly can't think of anything I didn't like. Sometimes parents would say they couldn't complete the ticket sale, but I think that was user error.

We have ran two events using Ticket Leap for our independent wrestling company. They system is easy to use and provides our consumers with smaller fees than larger ticket companies

Pros

Overall the Ticket Leap System is easy to use. Without any formal training I can use Ticket Leap with very little issues.

Cons

When checking in Guests at our event you need to save in order for the check-ins reflect in the system which lead to some confusion.

We will absolutely use Ticketleap again when planning a large event at our facility. We were happy with the service, and it will be even easier now that we already have our seating mapped out! Our event went phenomenally and we were so happy to not have any issues with ticketing on the day of the event either.

Pros

So simple to use! Very easy for administrative duties. We have a large facility and were able to map out over 800 seats that perfectly match our building's design. It obviously takes a little time counting seats and inputting all of the appropriate information, but it is incredibly easy to lay out and comes equipped with shapes and objects to use to match your building. We were also able to hold seats and had an easy time distributing held seats and creating/using discount codes. The ticket scanning was also incredibly easy and fast compared to other companies we've used in the past that have been more finicky.

Cons

It's not as mobile-friendly as it could be. Our mobile customers weren't able to view the seat map to choose seats, so a handful accidentally ended up with "standing room only" seats. We had one row of "standing room only" seats grouped in a section with other seats, and these customers couldn't see they were buying them until afterward.

Pros

We loved the interface and ease of setting up and managing tickets from one dashboard especially considering we had tried the other platforms and we didnt like them as much and the fees were higher.

Cons

The only thing we didn't like I would have to say is the customer support. Sometimes it took a little bit longer to get a response and when youre running a high end show sometimes you need instant support.

I have used several different online ticketing platforms for my artists, but keep coming back to Ticket Leap. They are easy to use and offer a wide variety of features. My favorite features are being able to customize the ticket page, offer multiple ticket types, and ease of setting a seating chart. Their customer service is top-notch and always quick to respond. We have never had any issues when running an event through them. Easy for use and the customer. Low ticketing fees are also a plus.

We are really happy with it. For an event ticketing platform there are little bugs and no issues that have created a sense of dissatisfaction.

Pros

I like how easy it is to use. The layout is really clear cut and mostly intuitive. Event management is a breeze: I have not used the seating arrangements though. It is an affordable product that our members do not struggle with using. We like that we can customize fees for every event: con is that we can not setup a generic fee or payout for the organization.

Cons

Some of the reporting can be cumbersome and doesn't always meet my needs. However, whenever I have needed custom reports I have reached out to customer support and they are super responsive always willing to create a custom report.

Once I decided not to use the seating chart option for reserved seats, my experience was great. Payment processing is a breeze.

Pros

TicketLeap is easy to use and really has all the features I need. It is cost-effective, especially for smaller organizations like mine.

Cons

The seating chart option was confusing to me. "Drawing" my room and setting up reserved seats was a challenge.

Wonderful, from start to finish. We will continue to use TicketLeap in the future. We looked into several ticketing options, and we chose TicketLeap in part because of its internal awareness of ethical considerations that we learned about through your blog post. We also chose you because of your support of small events and nonprofits, as well as your transparency in pricing.

Pros

EaSy to use and very affordable. We were able to manage our event registration with ease. we had no issues with bugs or clitches. The confirmation email was very helpful for guests, and we have continued to run reports long after our events ended. It has been so easy that we have not had a need for customer support.

Cons

We have no complaints. We would love more customization capabilities, but otherwise, all was perfect! We appreciate the extra resources offered on your site as well; event planning, marketing, and insight on ticket sales.

It has been very positive. They're responsive and, again, very easy to use. They're aware of their strengths and weaknesses, but assist in making things easier whenever possible.

Pros

TicketLeap is easy to use, maintains low ticket fees, and is very good about reconciliation following events. I have been a huge fan of TicketLeap as a one-off service, but I started using TicketLeap for full seasons of events, and it has been admirable.

Cons

It doesn't have "series" or "subscription" options. It is very much meant to be used for one off events, which make it difficult if you want to do a series of events. Additionally, I don't always think the user interface for IN PERSON sales is helpful, and is almost worse for "checking in".

Overall, I enjoy this platform! From being able to add your own banners to each event and you can even make promo codes! This is a great platform!

Pros

I enjoy the ease of use along with the customer support when needed! Event Ticketing made easy with this platform! Also, event management is equally as easy with quick access to Ticket Orders.

Cons

I will have to say that I wish Ticketleap kept an archive of ticket prices previously associated with past events as it does help!

Excellent. The system allows me to register students, obtaining unit information using the registration questions feature to make sure their certificates when finished go to the right place.

Pros

I am a single proprietor offering specialized training for scouts and youth attending high adventure camping experiences. I run several courses each year and needed a way for students to register and pay for the class. Ticket Leap allows me to register the students with specific information about their affiliation so I can make sure they get the right credit for attending the course. It allows simple payment and the ability to refund if necessary. It simply works for my application.

Cons

I have used Ticket Leap for several years and had no problems working with them. I get paid at the end of each course direct deposited.
