Pros

TicketLeap is easy to learn and use. It is an excellent way to promote and track registration for events.

Cons

Need more options for reports. Need ability to print responses to questions included in the registation.

I've used Ticketleap in the past and periodically use it again to see if anything is upgraded. It's simple and easy to use.

Pros

I liked the Ticketleap ease of use. It's easier to set up than most web based ticketing software companies

Cons

It doesnt really have a robust marketing effect like other web based ticketing companies. Its integration to other social media links is not as easy to set up.

The staff was friendly and when talking to them they knew what they were talking about. They were very aware of their product.

Pros

It was user friendly for our patrons and they seemed to like the way it worked online.

Cons

Their "in-house" equipment wasn't always up to the standards that it should have been.

Pros

Sleek and easy to use platform with features that make managing events so simple. They have a great support and a team who are always friendly and helpful!

Cons

They update and improve the platform so often, which is great, but occasionally tricky to keep up with!

I have used TickeLeap for 3 years now. I love the ease of navigation and tools that it offers. I love that it is offered free if your event is free!

Pros

I love that TickeLeap was free to use for my event. The system was easy to navigate. Also, I was able to use the report feature to keep up with how many tickets were available in real time. I love how I could bring and use my own design to personalize my tickets.

Cons

I didn't have any cons with TicketLeap. I have always had a great experience when using this platform.

Have used it for a couple years and recommend it to everyone looking for an alternative to Eventbrite.

Pros

I always had a prompt response from Customer support for any questions; ease in setting up event online

Cons

Would like more flexibility in designing event page; limited space for graphics; of course cheaper fees would be nice!

I really like this platform! The fees are reasonable, the Box Office feature is also very helpful, and people are SUPER easy to check-in.

Pros

The interface is very easy to use! The fees are incomparable.

Pros

I love that setting up an event on TicketLeap is quick and easy. I also love that TicketLeap deposits the earnings from the event into your account quickly.

Cons

I don't have any cons regarding TicketLeap. It is easy to use, doesn't charge unnecessary fees, and deposits money quickly.

Set up is easy, people being able to purchase tickets is easy and the payment process is a breeze. I have heard some horror stories about ticket sale vendors but I was thrilled with the results.

Pros

Very easy to use and each time I have used Ticketleap they have always been very reliable. it's nice to have a company you can trust!

Cons

Don't really have anything. Had a little trouble seperating my URL between different events but it was all fixed fairly easily.

### "Better than eventbrite"

Great! There was once a bug and I phoned customer support and they fixed it right away. It is like many other platforms but I am happy with it and the simple easy user-friendly interface and will not change.

Pros

That I can link events on iOS devices which you can't do with eventbrite anymore. Eventbrite really let me down with this as I sell a lot of tickets with instagram stories which ticketleap does with ease.

Cons

I wish it was less than 9% as I am a very small organizer. It seems high for the amount I am making.

It is a great way to keep track of who bought tickets and it's easy to scan their phones as they walk in the door to keep an attendance record.

Pros

I'm not super techy but this website is so easy and quick to use! We don't have to sell tickets with a cash box at lunch anymore!

Cons

I honestly can't think of anything I didn't like. Sometimes parents would say they couldn't complete the ticket sale, but I think that was user error.

Overall, I found Ticketleap simple and straightforward, though the high fees and delayed payouts were definite downsides

Pros

Ticketleap’s platform is extremely user-friendly—setting up events and ticket types only takes a few minutes. Purchasing tickets is fast and simple for attendees, with no confusing steps.

Cons

Ticketleap charges a per-ticket fee (e.g., $1 + 2% on certain tickets) which can add up esp on high prices

### "Ticket Leap is a no brainer for smaller independent companies"

We have ran two events using Ticket Leap for our independent wrestling company. They system is easy to use and provides our consumers with smaller fees than larger ticket companies

Pros

Overall the Ticket Leap System is easy to use. Without any formal training I can use Ticket Leap with very little issues.

Cons

When checking in Guests at our event you need to save in order for the check-ins reflect in the system which lead to some confusion.

I have used a few different ticket sellers. Ticketleap was recommended by a friend and I love it. Easy to set up sales and money is quickly transferred after events seamlessly.

Pros

Very easy to use, and I love being about to communicate with buyers about event details like parking or additions or subtractions to my events. Mass communication is very helpful and easy.

Cons

Sometimes I need historical data from previous events and that is a bit hard to find.

Pros

We never had any glitches with the system like double booking seats or sales not going through, and it was very easy to use on mobile and check people in. It was easy to have our ushers download the app and then assign them permission to check people in.

Cons

I wish the ticket page you print was a little more customizable other than adding an image.

Overall I have used it for years and find it is worth the cons I mentioned above. It’s consistently been reliable and easy for me and my customers to use. I would recommend it

Pros

I love how easy it is to use this tool for recurring events. Copying an event and cloning the details makes for a super easy upkeep. The UI is self explanatory and the integration with PayPal lets you get paid right away.

Cons

Processing fees are a lot, but most tools like this are the same. You can pass along fees to your ticket buyers but you still pay additional fees on top of that. It does add up, especially for higher priced tickets. I wish I had access to a easy registration list from the dashboard. Keeping track of who has signed up can be a bit clunky.

### "They forced us to cancel our event"

Their customer service kept stating contact instead of helping out their client. I spoke to three different employees while trying to work out a solution and each time I called they told me a different story. I do not recommend anyone uses this company. They are all about money, and not about the small businesses that support them.

Pros

Ease for members of my organization to purchase tickets - although it’s not that difficult to type a name and credit card number.

Cons

I do not like that this company decided to cancel their fast pay option which sends us our money weekly. They told us they would now be paying us after our event takes places which means we had to cancel it as the venue requires payment up front.

We will absolutely use Ticketleap again when planning a large event at our facility. We were happy with the service, and it will be even easier now that we already have our seating mapped out! Our event went phenomenally and we were so happy to not have any issues with ticketing on the day of the event either.

Pros

So simple to use! Very easy for administrative duties. We have a large facility and were able to map out over 800 seats that perfectly match our building's design. It obviously takes a little time counting seats and inputting all of the appropriate information, but it is incredibly easy to lay out and comes equipped with shapes and objects to use to match your building. We were also able to hold seats and had an easy time distributing held seats and creating/using discount codes. The ticket scanning was also incredibly easy and fast compared to other companies we've used in the past that have been more finicky.

Cons

It's not as mobile-friendly as it could be. Our mobile customers weren't able to view the seat map to choose seats, so a handful accidentally ended up with "standing room only" seats. We had one row of "standing room only" seats grouped in a section with other seats, and these customers couldn't see they were buying them until afterward.

We use this a few times a year, but when we do it is critical that we can easily set up nice looking ticketing, agend and event pages for our client. Could not be happier with the ease of use or the final product (event)

Pros

Easy to set up and use. We used it for clients who were hosting both live and virtual events. Very satisfied with the product, pricing and support team.

Cons

There is nothing that comes to mind as a "liked least" about Ticket Leap software and their platform or pricing.

It's been really positive.

Pros

TicketLeap has a shopping cart \*and\* recurring event support. If a patron wants to buy tickets for multiple performances of the same show, across multiple dates or times, TicketLeap lets you select everything you want and enter your payment information just once. It's not the cheapest, but it does what I need. Every year I take another look around at what's available, in case I've missed something prettier or cooler or cheaper, but I end up staying with TicketLeap. It's also easy to refund tickets for people that made mistakes. I think I've swapped performances for people too. And -- I've done discounted advance cash sales and sent the buyers tickets via the management back end, and was not charged a fee.

Cons

I don't recall having any particular complaints.

Very effective solution for us. The support is quick and helpful. There are some minor issues that do not fit with our business model but they can be fairly painless overcome with work arounds.

Pros

The ability to have multiple users with box office access, the quick check-in system, and the overall quality of the experience are excellent. Inventory management is a plus. Pricing is very reasonable and competitive. Presentation of events is well done.

Cons

Difficult to do reservations that are paid at the door. URLs are by nature a little clunky but not hard to link to.
