Pros My favorite part is how active customers can be on the other end .The interface is intuitive and you can start using Scoro without any prior training . The Overview incorporates changes immediately and is overall very fluid . Moving around tasks and assigning them is seamless . Cons Time-tracking is lackluster and you cannot differentiate when it comes to how it is listed on reports .The board's resolution limits the number of projects you can track at the same time . Pros I liked that the software was really easy to use, even if you don't know that much about computer usage. I really liked the calander. It is great for task and calendar management and we also enjoy the automated billing options. We were successful in getting the entire team to collaborate and have received a lot of positive comments about the program. The customer support is world-class! Pros The features we use most are the team collaboration tools (aligned calendars, overview of the clients and files, in-app notifications about changes in projects) The billing automation features are a great bonus: we enter time spent on a project and the client is billed based on the time entries, automatically. Especially I like "Projects" section where I can put all the paperwork, comments, invoices and bills and see everything in one place - I used to split it all over the folders on my PC :). Pros We like that we can keep track of our projects and budgets, monitor our team's activities, and issue invoices. It is easy to see which were the activities in one month by using the reports. Paying extra for training seems like a bad choice. Too expensive.
