Was able to keep all my client information, scheduling and invoicing in one place, this is valuable.

Pros

There is lots of potential and the features are all there I like having everything in one place, this is great

Cons

The system is just so confusing to use, I was new to the business and to Scoro and spent my first few months learning how to use the system rather than learning my job.

Overall experiance is good, it is easy to use and all information to one place.

Pros

It´s very easy to use and easy to understand.

Cons

Calendar view could be better, I want to use the week view (and see all employees), not the list view, but week view isn´t good because when there are some vacations or whole day meetings, they take too much space from the top of the calendar.

Overall experience is good.

Pros

It is quick and easy to add tasks to team members. For each page you are at - you can easily go back and forth add changes.

Cons

It is not related with software rather than with the type of business I am working at. In a creative field, where the files are big I need to use separate wetransfer etc for sending files to my clients.

Pros

Its fast, informative and compact. The most positive thing is that with Scoro our work is more simpler. Scoro gives us a good overview of our clients and offers.

Cons

Maybe there should be more colours. Generally there are no thing I dont like or miss- I can do my work successfully.

That I can see everything in one page. It is easy to use and specially the searching is very easy. I can search from name, number or companys name.

Cons

I mostly like everything, but i dont like this daily review is not noticable everywhere, like full week

Pros

the most is about budgeting, invoices and payment tracking which is amazing! I love it! also the meeting scheduling management!

Cons

it is a bit pricey, not all offices can afford it! basically that is it, other than that it is a great software!

Easy to find information, or add information. I can send notifications to other users. I can easily see status for orders.

Cons

I can't find orders by entering product code. it would be easier to find all order for particular product.
