The time you apply to customer activities can be registered and tracked so you can keep an eye on what you use your precious time and how much you actually can bill your time spent. Scoro fit the bill. it allows us to manage sales, prospecting, admin and purchasing. In our work everything is a project and Scoro is the right tool for managing it all. Their team seem to be fairly responsive. Cons It's over-complicated and a bit flakey so you can't always trust it - data seems to go missing.
