Easy to work from home, outside the office. Comfortable to see all my historical activities and data, can compare with colleagues

Don't like Scoro mobile application. Sometimes difficult to find necessary products

Great interaction with Scoro setup team at initial stage and then easy ongoing communication with support team; very easy learning curve.

Pros

It's very flexible, easy to use and constantly updated for new features.

Cons

Some lack of visual ways to show global info for our specific business, but with constant features coming in we're confident there'll be a way in the near future.

Quite good. There are some minor issues but sometimes the blame should be directed to the admin instead of the software provider.

Pros

Quite easy to use and having all the necessary information in one project.

Cons

The invoicing of the used hours should be done without adding them to an invoice as a summed hours. All the lines must be invoced separately if needed.

Pros

Scoro is the most intuitive, user-friendly CRM system that gives you a totally "big picture" of your sales situation. It is essential in a world of overflowing information. At the same time it can be set up to automate some of your everyday routines, saving you time that you can use on more profitable things. The time you apply to customer activities can be registered and tracked so you can keep an eye on what you use your precious time and how much you actually can bill your time spent. All in all a super good CRM system which knows how to exploit synergies when several people work together in teams.

Cons

I miss integration with LinkedIn and possible. other social media. It would make it more complete

I love how we save time communicating our taks.

Cons

Sometimes is hard to navigate to certain places or to make the search filter stay the way you left it the last ime.

Pros

Easy to use. It is possible to quickly form and send a proposal and an account to the client.

Cons

Everything is good. It is not yet clear how to specify the amount of the advance in the contract.

I like this tool, as it fulfills its main target for business

Pros

The customer support is excellent, also there are many releases & system updates (which fix errors).

Cons

It is not this system disadvantage, but sometimes it is difficult to come up with the structured approach to register you data, and then it is hard to find information, and etc. So I would say that for such tool as Scoro it is very important to have consistent approach :)

Pros

I like their project planning to time tracking and team collaboration, the quoting and billing process is great.

Cons

The truth is that I find that the initial configuration process can be a bit complex, especially if you do not have previous experience in project management.

Scoro is an all-in-one solution, from initial client communication to project closure and invoicing, we love how one platform has helped us manage all aspects of our business. This is exactly what we were looking for!

Cons

There is a learning curve and with every update they roll out there is a bit of time needed to get used to the new functionalities, but updates are a great value add overall.

Pros

it was difficult to find a software that would suit us at the right price. Scoro fit the bill. it allows us to manage sales, prospecting, admin and purchasing. In our work everything is a project and Scoro is the right tool for managing it all.

Cons

Xero integration didn't work and general API support could be developed. I'd love to see much more and much better on that front.

Pros

It has a lot of features and could be very powerful but the interface is impossible to use. Their team seem to be fairly responsive.

Cons

It's over-complicated and a bit flakey so you can't always trust it - data seems to go missing. It's massively slowed down productivity and paralysed a lot of stuff that seemed to work well before we used it - our team named it 'Sorrow'.

Calender, client list, sales invoices - these are very good and compact

Pros

It is in my mother language and it is easy to use

Cons

When I want to put a reminder to myself, this "to do" page is very uncomfortable to use. I would litke to see my reminders all the time at the same page as calendar view. So thats why I don\`t use to do list. I put my reminders to calendar with zero time usage.
