Pros

Scoro helps me stay on track and be extra organized with my team. I can see my teammates calenders easily to better plan.

Can’t think of any cons other than I’m sure there are tons of functions that I have yet to try and master!

Pros

Great customer service and feedback from Scoro team! Helpful by integrating everything in one program.

Changes after feedback may take some time to apply. This is not an issue because i know the Scoro team will take my feedback into account.

### "Decent product, TERRIBLE customer service - they GHOST you."

Not great. Their documentation is sub-par and doesn't even account for some of the features or how they work. Their Eli Bot is worthless, ChatGPT gives me better answers than their trained agent.

Pros

Very robust tool that helps provide a lot of insight into not only project level but more importantly agency level performance.

Cons

CUSTOMER SERVICE. It's absolutely TERRIBLE. They basically make you pay for support. Based on the fact that it's more costly than a lot of other similar platforms like Productive.io, Bonsai and Workamajig, it should be better than theirs. It's simply not. I have tried 2 twice to schedule a call with a Product Manager to only be cancelled on both times. And when reacting out support they ended up ghosting me even after follow ups.

The security response feature is rather awesome. This feature is what make the software under priced.

Pros

The project collaboration feature is awesome. It has a built-in system that assist ultimately. It makes task management as easy as 1,2,3. It gives you more free time.

Cons

At this time, I do not have any dislikes about the software. Maybe one day I will run across something to repost, but it doesn't seem likely.

Scoro ranks among the top applications for monitoring business processes. It's not just a time tracker; it also helps with budgeting, marketing, invoicing, and most importantly, negotiating quotes with clients and colleagues. use the same kind of logical work flow menus as market leaders like Sage and SAP.

Cons

Inadequate in terms of accounting capabilities. It's helpful that you can connect to both Sage and FreshBooks. Due to the dominance of huge US-based project management software, their popularity in CEE should be increased.

Pros

Cons

The one thing I don't like about scoro is that you have to manually enable the "send notification as email" option every time.

Excellent onboarding process, easy to set up and use, and an highly integrated training and support system, Scoro has been a key part of our improved operational performance since its introduction

Pros

It provides our business with a 'one-stop shop' for our BD, sales, project management/operations and financial/invoicing management - removing the need for a multitude of supporting (but often not connected) software packages. With an easy to use interface, clear workflows and simple processes to develop reports and dashboards, it gives us a real-time view of our current and expected future performance, allowing us to make decisions using the correct data.

Cons

It's a little expensive, but as it often said 'you get what you pay for' and with Scoro, you get a lot of functionality and performance!

8/10 - Having used other CRM systems previously this is by far the most thorough thyat seems to work across multiple departments, where others seem to be taylored to do one thing great and the other aspects were lacking. Consistently good system.

Pros

Multiple ways to review projects and the new Ali has made it very simple to get what you need without the trial and error of the filters

Cons

Customisation and review times. We are having trouble reviewing 200 jobs and the latest actions from one page. We believe there is a simple fix to add a column to the project page, but we are having to use a not ideal workaround with things being missed.

MY overall experience is good, although I do struggle with Pipeline a bit (as explained above)

Pros

The visualization is very nice (For dashboards) and Pipeline is a great tool (which could still be improved)

Cons

The CRM, little interaction allowed in Quotes, only through Comments and tagging. Quotes cannot be found by name. Some difficulties in saving (Apparently something related to Products, but I delete them and create them again exactly the same way, and I finally win! But takes long hours) - would need also to be able to merge quotes, bring other templates once the quote has already some information (like from a content library)

Scoro has an awesome onboarding & support team, I've witnessed firsthand how on top of everything they are and how easy it is to get ahold of help if I'm working on a new workflow and have a question about the best way to do it. Scoro's Dashboards are the key to my sales team's performance and I love the level of transparency we have in the team due to numerous ways to delegate and track work!

Pros

Best part of Scoro is how comprehensive it is to use it. We record every single step from capturing a lead to making an order, recording the qualifying process, thorough information about the client and their needs, communication, and every step that our team needs to do to convert the lead. Tracking communication and different initiatives allows me to track every single important KPI on my team's list and have transparency in where every team member needs to improve, helps to find concerning parts that need fixing. I love the Dashboard.

Cons

As we're a manufacturing company, we, unfortunately, can't use the invoicing part of Scoro, which is a bummer, because we lack the warehouse functionality. If we were providing services rather than products, I'd love that for us.

Project management has been made so easy. Also the customer support always reacts quickly, when there is a an issue. They constantly update it, to make it even better.

Well its hard to say what i least like, since i have not had any negative experiences with Scoro and hopefully they will not appear any time soon.

Overall, 14-day trial period I couldn't use all features, but overall everything was as good as expected and it surprised me in a postitive way.

Pros

The ability to customize and automate processes, coupled with powerful real-time tracking and reporting capabilities, enhances efficiency and supports informed decision-making. Also, it is made in my home country.

Cons

Too expensive to purchase. It may take much time and effort to learn how to use the platform effectively, especially for those not familiar with comprehensive business management tools.

Pros

Scoro is easy to use. It was easy to incorporate into our existing business structure. It has great features like Project tracking and Reporting, the calendar, and the task tracking section. An overall great platform to use.

Cons

There are not really any bad things about Scoro. For beginners, it will take a couple of days to get a hang of the software, however there is always the help menu.

Overall my experience with Scoro is that it's helped me and the team to understand a project to a high degree and track how the project is progressing. I would recommend Scoro to a friend if they wished to use a platform to track the progression of a project to a high degree.

Pros

I really like the feature time tracking feature for each project as it allows me to forecast time how much time I can spend on a project. I also think the buffer time spend on the project is useful as again it allows me to forecast a project.

Cons

I'm not a massive fan of the activity-type feature. It's tedious to keep inputting an activity type into my scoro calendar. I wish there was a way you could sync it up with google calendar so I only need to put it on my google calendar as this will save time and seems like a good feature. I also wish there weren't as many notifications from Scoro robots as it clogs up my emails.

My over all experience has been very good with good customer support especially in setting up the system to suit my needs.

Pros

Scoro Review. As one of the most disorganised people around I have found Scoro very useful. Although I don’t have a big team to run I find the connectivity of Scoro helps me in the day to day running of my business. The Dashboard gives me a quick overview of what is happening and what I need to do that day. I find especially useful the quotes and invoicing. I was notoriously bad at keeping track of invoices before, now with this system I have all the information I need there in front of me. This has been a tremendous help. It is useful to see instantly the figures for income and outstanding debt. The Calendar works well as does the Task section, which sends me timely reminders of things I have to do coming to me via email. I have found in the past that I don’t always look at my diary to see what I have to do that day. I have used it for marketing via Mail Chimp and that worked well and was easy to set up even though I am not the best at IT. Although I am normally a visual person liking bright colours, I find this system much better than say Drop Task . The information is clear and easy to read when you scan the information quickly. Which lets face Most of us do when we are busy.

Cons

Contacts can be hard to find. I find on a few of my contacts they seem to disappear. I am not sure why.

We have managed to transfer our semi-manual quoting, timesheeting and job management tasks into an end to end one stop shop in Scoro which has allowed everyone in the business to see the status of any job at any time. The support from Scoro has been very supportive and knowledgeable about how consulting companies work and how their worfklows can be applied Scoro.

Pros

The quoting system is central to how Scoro works and includes all the components of the job in one screen including proposals, costings, invoices, purchase orders, projects and tasks. This allows us a one stop shop about the job for the client with each component allowing configurable fields and workflows to allow us to tailor the way we do business inside each section.

Cons

Some of the visuals on the dashboard are not clear what job they relate to so you need to open them up to view which one that was.

Ready day 1 to automate our business processes, both main that bring money in and supportive , eg reminders for unpaid bills; time tracking, labor cost tracking, calendar oversight vs resource, mobile phone usage, integration with other platforms.

Pros

Very well-thought interconnected "modules" of the system: all main functions any company would need are all present. I like a lot visualization of dashboard, re-usability of filters and views, ability to click on anything you see and being redirected directly onto another part of Scoro where you can do more work in what you clicked on. Also comfortable to use with smalls screen devices as interface is restructured and you still see all your data but in an optimised screens - very handy for smartphones.

Cons

just 2 things come to my mind after extensive use for 1+ year. 1. Absence of contacts synchronization with gmail - really annoys. 2. sales pipeline does not track time when status of quote was changed, so no way to know how long did quote spend in each status, eg. time from contact to deal closed is 4 weeks, from them 1 week for quote preparation, 2 weeks for customer feedback etc.

Syzygy has used Scoro to manage our workflow, CRM and billing for a couple of years now. We found them after two painful and unsuccessful experiences with software that promised the earth but just did not have the flexibility to be able to adapt to what we and having tried two other platforms wasting time and money. The onboarding experience and the service provided since we have been using it has been brilliant throughout - there are real people at the end of the phone or on skype that go above an beyond to help us fully utilise their software. This is so unusual in this industry which is a shame in one sense, but a great USP for Scoro

Pros

The flexibility to be able to adapt the platform in a huge variety of ways to work for us - as opposed to us having to 'fit' into someone else's system. Also the integrations with Xero, which works very well and Mail Chimp. The way that Scoro gives us a single platform to manage CRM, billing, work flow tracking and management is brilliant.

Cons

This is being picky, and with Scoro's regular updates I see this is in the pipeline, but developing Gantt Charting would be really helpful.

### "Not intuitive enough"

Good for starters but as an agency scales this isn’t the correct tool for day to day management

Pros

It’s useful for Job setup, and can help a small agency in getting projects and financial management off the ground.

Cons

The user interface is overly complex and convoluted, it’s hard to locate specific jobs and measuring time seems to the the last thing this product was set up for. Unless you only want to do a timesheet for the project you are on. It’s not easy to run a full weekly timesheet
