Pros: We use Kahootz in my organisation as a Extranet product to manage information and communication between staff and our collaborators including board of Trustees. There are many useful functions including searchable data tables, twitter feeds, calendars, tasks, discussions and most importantly, document management.

We pay to have Kahootz branded under our own name but that is not a necessity.

The account management has been superior.

Cons: Software has some patches including the document preview area, from my experience, never loads on the first try. The database feature does not allow for archiving.

Also we have been a long term customer but we are also a small organisation. Kahootz is pushing an Enterprise business model now based on thousands of active users rather than tens or hundreds of users, this is not compatible with clients such as ourselves.

Overall: Effective inter and intra organisation communication. Ability to manage documents and calendars for meetings.
