My overall experience with LMN has been a 10/10. It’s completely changed my business, especially with the budget tool, which helped me finally know my numbers with confidence. The value has been incredible; LMN has paid for itself many times over

Pros

The budget tool and the access to customer service reps have been game changers for me. They’re not just a number on a website, they’re at events, in peer groups, just a phone call or text away. You truly feel supported every step of the way; they don’t leave you hanging.

Cons

The schedule feature needs some work. I’d love to be able to use colors to quickly tell apart weekly vs. bi-weekly maintenance, tree work, or landscape enhancements. Maybe that feature is already there and I just haven’t figured it out yet. That’s one of the reasons I’ll be joining an LMN Boot Camp soon, to really dive in and learn.

I couldn’t be happier with onboarding, the vision and continued innovation with LMN. Excited to see where the future takes it.

Pros

The customer support on boarding and continued support has been unmatched compared to other big players in the industry. When they say the software was built by landscapers for landscapers, they mean it. From leadership team down to field crew the app and UI is beyond what the others have even come close to. Time tracking through LMN is awesome and sometimes you can seem a little clunky, but what makes it great is that every job automatically has job costing for the time which is one of the most important factors in any business especially in ours, which is very labor heavy.

Cons

No software is perfect for everybody. There’s only a few few things that would be on my wish list. Automations for client follow up would be one of them and then although their job costing is pretty solid I wish there was a way to integrate this better with other third parties like Dext or have AI recognize bills etc.. because let’s be honest job costing is only as good as the information you put in. An integrated comm/phone voip platform would be nice too haha

at first it was great. but over the past few years, we have loathed it. to the point that we are now considering another program like jobber.

Pros

when it came out it helped us get our numbers straight and clean up our operations.

Cons

as we grew and wanted to start using the different features like lmn time and quickbooks sync'ing we realized that it was just tedious and out dated.

Till know, I'm very pleased. We should start to transition all of our operations very soon to really start getting the feel of using this awesome software. \[sensitive content hidden\] is our onboarding coach, and he is the best!!!! He really went out of his way always to give us the best methods and feedback for our success using this software. Really profesional and all around great guy. We made him think a lot with questions, but he always found the answer to every case, even particular cases from our company. Would recommend him always.

Pros

The estimating and budgeting part of the software, the amount of numbers it gives you to be able to manage a company properly is amazing.

Cons

The complexity of the system. It is not as friendly as other apps to learn on my own, but that is for a reason. So it's not really something that I "don't" like, it more about the challenges of something new, but for a good cause.

We love LMN and are constantly recommending the software to other landscapers. A huge part of why they're able to do what they do is because they actually listen to their customers. Whether that's through submitted feedback, or hosting events, they love hearing from customers.

Pros

There are a lot of things we love about LMN. Honestly, at the top of our list though, would probably the support that we have received from LMN's team. Second on our list is the ability to understand our true costs and sharing the information with the rest of our team.

Cons

The hardest thing with LMN is having to learn it, but it can be more difficult if you don't have a system in place at all. We came from not having any systems, production rates, or much of anything into LMN, and that is a struggle. However, LMN has helped us figure out our struggles so that we can work on those things.

### "A Great Product with Committed and Caring Staff "

Our overall experience with LMN has been positive. I truly believe that every person employed by LMN genuinely wants to see our business and our team be successful. That honestly goes such a long way in this day and age! Even though there are parts of the software that are hard to use or have some kinks, we are still willing to work with the company because of the incredible support we receive.

Pros

The ability to know your numbers! By far, the greatest feature of the platform is its ability to do what it was literally designed from conception to do—provide metrics and data about your company that drive growth and progress.

Cons

In an extremely digital age, I do believe that LMN’s greatest drawback is the clunkiness of the software. The most important thing may be knowing your numbers, but a close second is ease of use. Automations, aesthetics, and lack of user-friendliness have been the hardest parts of utilizing this software.

Overall experience with LMN has been positive. \[sensitive content hidden\] has been wonderful to deal with on a bi-weekly basis as our customer success manager. These sessions help alot.

Pros

Excellent customer support - live chat, email tickets, customer success manager. Ease of use and good interface. Easy to understand from a field perspective when the crews are logging in.

Cons

Not able to choose how we want our invoice template to look. It would be helpful if there were at least 5 or more templates to choose from. The current template looks like the information is jammed together and the font for the company name appears very large in comparison to the rest of the invoice.

Believe it or not i haven't found anything that i don't like yet, i will admit that it takes a lot to get used to and it could possibly be more streamlined to make it easier to navigate though. but for the most part its just training on our end that is what's needed.

So far, the experience has been positive. The system feels organized and powerful, with tools that should really help us streamline estimating, scheduling, and tracking costs once we’re fully set up. There’s definitely a learning curve, but the onboarding process has been helpful, and we’re excited to see the benefits as we get more comfortable using it.

Overall experience has been great, though time will tell with regular use - too soon to know what my actual experience will be. Onboarding was smooth, support is easy to contact, software runs smooth, invoicing and proposals are easy to send out once you understand your way through the process.

Pros

Cons

Time consuming to set up but to be expected; There aren't any real cons to the software at the moment.

Pros

What I love the most about LMN is the finance aspect of the software. It has ease of use, with the components to help us grow our company.

Cons

The one thing I did not like about LMN, isn't lms fault. While going through on boarding and transferring our information from Jobber to QuickBooks, QuickBooks was absolutely terrible with downloading the information needed.

### "Know what you are getting"

Was hoping to be able to replace Service Autopilot with this software but due to the difficulties in getting the scheduling and dispatching component to make sense and be usable we are now using both software packages and did not upgrade to the Pro version of LMN. I have tried to get help but usually get this watch video, the video did not help there are a lot of steps to get the scheduling to work.

Pros

The CRM and estimating piece of the software is very easy to use and really helps. The building a budget is an awesome piece to have to help you understand your numbers and help recover your overhead and make sure jobs are bid correctly. The pros really end there though.

Cons

The time tracking and scheduling piece we have never been able to get to work correctly and feels like it is not really integrated into the main software very disjointed and difficult to use. We have never been able to get to work correctly. All we have ever been able to do is use the CRM and estimating components.

Great from inception to full implementation they have been great.

Pros

It accelerated a lot of the programs and data we were doing before to give us the analytics we needed much faster! This allow us to have so much more confidence when quoting and deploy are employees

Cons

To fully implement just takes time but that is just the reality of engaging with a program like this.

I have personally had an overall good experience with LMN. I have not had chance to really work in the system but the platform looks great.

Pros

The layout / schedule of LMN. The timeline provided. Customer Support with \[sensitive content hidden\] has been pleasant.

Cons

The amount of time it took for LMN Pay. It took a while for my company to be set up. That is the only issue so far.

We were satisfied with the value at 220 dollars per month. The increase in price vs. value added did not compare with the competition.

Pros

Budgeting and Estimating functions are strong.

Cons

LMN increased price on January 1st, 2022 by 61%. LMN charged a 30 day cancellation usage fee to cancel the subscription. LMN charged an extra 97 dollars on last payment without acknowledgement for Greenius. We paid an extra 6 weeks of usage to LMN while using another program which was an added charge of 532 dollars instead of implementing an immediate cancellation option.

Pros

LMN has been very helpful for our company in providing a great platform to plan for operational success, while having great tools to measure against that plan. A great system is good, but it's even better that LMN puts on great training events, has super customer support, and a really good onboarding program to help with the more complicated pieces.

Cons

This isn't so much critical feedback as it is a wish for the future - we wish that the scheduling would allow financial forecasting based on the jobs in the schedule. This would better support open book management, and scheduling to meet budget.

There is nothing good to say about this software in my view

Cons

Aside from a passive client support and less than knowledgeable support team, the actual software has many issues : User interface : very basic and you have do do multiple clicks on to retrieve simple data. each click takes time 3-10s time to upload. The search function is very elementary . Inferior Data Management : You may spend 20 min creating an estimate but it is possible that it crashes or your changes does not get saved. in general it reminds of a software that was written in the 90s. More Than one way to do things or to get to your data: more than one way to do simple things and therefore prone to mistake and inconsistencies

Gives you a great idea of how your company is doing financially and allows you to track a lot of details, both financially and operationally throughout your business.

Pros

Gives you good insight into your financials. Also helps you track your leads and customers which gives you a pipeline to track your work.

Cons

Requires a lot of detail, and sometimes too much which makes it tough to use. I would rather it have the functionality to forego using some aspects of the product so it would make it easier to use. It is a very all or nothing type of product which makes adopting and learning the software difficult to do.

### "Does what other can’t"

Great product, worth every penny!

Pros

This software helps me teach my Landscape Estimating & Bidding students that there is more to pricing a project than charging similar amounts as their competitors. This software guides the user to develop consistent pricing that is profitable for THEIR company! It helps them have confidence that the quotes they produce will be profitable if they win the job. In short, it makes them run better businesses and helps them be as profitable as they can be. Other softwares may have neat features to build and propose work at whatever price they feel like but only LMN helps customers know for sure what they “need” to charge to for their services.

Their training is great (with multiple ways to get trained), their support team is great and LMN is always looking for ways to improve their product.

Pros

How much it helps landscapers estimate well and track the jobs along the way so they can be more profitable Sending estimates, invoices and time over to QuickBooks also saves lots of time and money

Wish there was an easy way to send materials used

As a QuickBooks Solution Provider (not a landscape company), I found many of my clients were using LMN, it worked well with QuickBooks, the company and product were well respected in the industry and LMN was great at answering questions I had regarding their product.

Highly dissatisfied and would not recommend to anyone. Customer service was awful and was insanely unhelpful compared to the price you spend.

Pros

None, highly dissatisfied that after finding it wasn’t a good fit, received no calls or emails after canceling and charged anyways.

Cons

Worst customer service ever. Rude customer reps, no clear terms, charged after canceling and not informed of notice requirements, repeated calls and emails with no answer.

Pros

We use this software in our landscape contracting course at the college. The online academy they have developed is very well done and gives new users great training on how to function with the software as well as why you would do specific things.

Cons

No complaints at all, This helps me teach the business principles of landscape contracting perfectly.
