Very good. The team there is very friendly and helpful. Every day they are adding new usability features that are improving the software. You arent just another number to them, they are your partner in business and truly wish the best for your business.

Pros

Budgeting tools and estimating tools. Customer service is second to none and the whole team is super friendly.

The softwares complexness. I wish it was more user friendly, which I know the team is working hard on doing.

I am very satisfied with the entire process from sale, to training and now using. This software will bring transformational change to our company.

Pros

The program is so thorough, The training process was great and the rpogram really has so many features. Its going to be very useful as we implement. Takes the guess work out of estimating. The MORS is a game changer, it helps you discern Net profits from "profits" that arent really profits at all. Really the best part of the process has been our trainer \[sensitive content hidden\], he was so helpful & patient. very grateful for him.

Cons

The man hours displayed for team view. For example, A team at a job site will see 1.5 hours because there is 3 team members, in reality the job should take the crew .5 hours. The 1.5 man hours should be something seen on the back end or atleast something that can toggled off for the view for crew leads. While i and my admin team understand the difference the team struggles with it and thinks they job should take them much longer than it should.

It has been great getting to work with the team on getting the software set up for my business and I am looking forward to really diving into getting the know the software so it can help grow my business.

Pros

How in-depth the software is and how easy it can be to put a quote together. It will really help me stay on budget and make sure I am hitting the goals I have set for the business. It will also help me track the different divisions, so I know what is profitable and what is not. Scheduling of non-consistent work, ex snow removal, is going to be a huge help in the business moving forward.

Cons

It can be quite confusing at first, but once you get in and use it, and ask questions during the set up calls it gets easier to use. Some things could get better, like how discounts work and auto charging a customer after a service has been completed. The design can be a little complicated at first as well until you get use to it.

Our overall experience with LMN has been very positive. The platform has helped us create a realistic and well-structured budget, track our sales accurately, and clearly see how close we are to reaching our sales goals. It gave us a much better understanding of the true costs of our business by accounting for all inventory and equipment, which allowed us to adjust our pricing and operate profitably. We’ve also had a great experience with LMN’s support resources. The Help Desk and LMN Academy videos have been extremely helpful, and our onboarding experience with \[sensitive content hidden\] was outstanding. He was professional, patient, and instrumental in helping us learn the software, set up expenses, organize client lists, and build our budget. Overall, LMN has been a powerful tool in improving our operations and decision-making.

Pros

What we like most about LMN is that it allows us to create a realistic budget and easily track our sales. It helps us monitor what we’re selling and see how close or far we are from our sales goals based on our budget. Additionally, LMN helped us better understand the true costs of our business by accounting for all of our inventory and equipment. This allowed us to adjust our pricing and operate profitably. The support from the Help Desk and the LMN Academy videos has been extremely helpful. We were also fortunate to have \[sensitive content hidden\] guide us through onboarding. He was very professional and helped us learn how to use the software, set up our expenses, build our client lists, and create our budget. We are very grateful for his support.

Cons

One thing we liked the least about the application is that it is only available in English. We really appreciate that the LMN Crew app can be set to both Spanish and English; however, the main LMN software can be challenging to navigate at times. That said, it is still more structured, clearer, and far more comprehensive than many other applications we’ve tried. I believe there are many Spanish-speaking business owners who would be very interested in software like this. Offering the platform in both Spanish and English would make it more accessible and allow LMN to serve a broader range of landscaping and snow removal businesses across the United States.

Our overall onboarding experience with LMN was very positive. Our onboarding specialist, \[sensitive content hidden\] , was knowledgeable about the product and great to work with—she made the setup process feel manageable and was always helpful when questions came up. LMN Academy was also a valuable resource, giving us a clear, structured way to learn the system and build confidence using the software. Together, the guided support and self-paced training made getting started with LMN much smoother than we expected.

Pros

One of the things I really appreciate about LMN by Granum is how easy it makes scheduling and tracking our crews through the Crew App. Being able to see where everyone is, adjust schedules quickly, and keep the whole team aligned in real time has made a huge difference in our daily operations. It cuts down on confusion, reduces back-and-forth communication, and helps us stay organized and efficient, especially on busy days with multiple jobs running at once.

Cons

One downside I’ve found with LMN is the limitation around customer texting. While it’s helpful to be able to send SMS notifications out, the communication is mostly one-way. It would make a big difference to have true two-way texting built in, so customers could reply with questions or updates directly in the system. That kind of back-and-forth messaging would streamline communication, reduce missed calls and emails, and make customer interactions feel more responsive and convenient.

Overall, the experience has been challenging but rewarding at the same time. It’s been great to see the budget and price list come to life. I would recommend to others starting on the platform to keep in mind that the more you put into it, the more you’ll get out of the service.

Pros

LMN support is really beneficial when learning the platform. \[sensitive content hidden\] did an awesome job listening and breaking down the smaller details. Personally, learning new computer systems is extremely tough for me but \[sensitive content hidden\] took the time to go through everything slowly and at my pace while also pointing out areas where I could really use the system to my benefit. I’m looking forward to using LMN over the next couple of years to further refine my pricing.

Cons

The hardest part of LMN is learning the details of the system. I don’t personally think there’s much that can be done to make this significantly easier to learn. Part of what makes the platform so powerful is the level of detail but that also comes with a steep learning curve to ensure those details are properly integrated into your business.

Started about a month ago, first month implementing everything goes quickly, and I will have many more questions, but that is how anything new goes. So far its been good, and I can see a huge growth potential for my business using this software.

Pros

My onboarding experience was really good. I was able to work with \[sensitive content hidden\] ; he was patient, understanding and very helpful with explaining some of the features LMN provides. Made it easy to use, helped with all of my many questions.

Cons

LMN has many features, some of which are not very user friendly. I feel I'll have many more questions along the way.

I like how LMN scheduled our calls to help us understand the process. It wasn’t too much to learn. They answered all of my questions.

Pros

My onboarding specialist was very calm, Cool and collective. This is my 4th software for our lawn care business. It’s the most advanced software I ever used. Simple but powerful! I started with yardbook, then Jobber, then service autopilot. We tried co pilot for a short period of time. They changed names to home works. LMN really cares about the green industry. They focus solely on the green industry. We now know our numbers! I’m beyond happy with LMN!

Cons

They don't have marketing emailing or text messages to communicate with clients. They are adding that in the future.

The option of having one-on-one teaching and service. The program is fairly easy to navigate. I also appreciate that the company continues to make improvements to the program.

Cons

There has been system confusion for us between the old legacy price list and the current price list. It would be great if that old legacy price list were eliminated altogether.

John was great! I think the software is vague in some areas and could be sharpened up a bit. Some key features are missing as compared to Aspire. Not super technical items, some of the missing features could be a simple add on.

Pros

The app is very easy to use. John was super helpful with getting us setup. I think the training sessions should be stretched to an hour and a half. If someone buys this software, with no prior knowledge of how to navigate landscape software, they would be super confused. Once the training is over, we had a hard time implementing what we learned. The training videos have been a savior.

Cons

\- not being able to automate a PO number once they are created. These have to be entered manually. - invoices not automatically syncing to quickbooks - Schedule vs Standard is confusing. Recommend it be Maintenance and Enhancement/Design Build. - Templates are a bit confusing. Would like to price things by square footage within the kit. - Need to be able to insert pictures into estimates. - Would like more options on the proposal template. - Making templates is confusing.

The ease of the invoicing. This process will make my overall life run much smoother with the many options available to me,

lol all of the uploading which needs to be done :) I realize with any new program there needs to be a period of integration, I just don't have to like it :)

It has been very helpful so far. Really opened my eyes to my true numbers and made estimating/invoicing as efficient as possible.

Pros

It helps me to consider every cost that I have in my budget. There were many expenses that I was overlooking with my last budgeting system, but LMN fixed that.

Cons

There are some parts of LMN that are redundant and you may double charge if you do not catch it. They are working to fix this inefficient as I understand.

Mostly great. Felt as if on boarding was very rushed. A few items that I was told during on boarding were not accurate which made set up a mess.

Pros

Budgeting applications have been the most helpful. They account for every cost, big or small. Helps when bidding jobs.

Cons

Scheduling jobs seems to be a pain compared to last CRM. Just comes across confusing and needs simplified.

It is great. For smaller companies looking to scale, it is a must-have. It is a combination of Jobber, Synkedup, and Yeti, without the nonsense of Aspire.

Pros

Every feature we would need to run a successful full-service landscape company is accessible. We can successfully manage and operate maintenance, enhancement, and installation divisions all in the same place.

Cons

Because it has everything that we would ever need, the onboarding process is a lot more extensive and requires more of my time

Would rate my experience a 10/10. Onboarding process has been very helpful in getting setup & started.

Pros

Automations, estimate presentation & options, and having my budget inside of the CRM. Being able to quickly tweak & monitor our budget in one location will drastically improve our profitability.

Cons

There's a lot to setup and learn compared to our previous CRM but so far the time invested has been worth it.

### "Foundational to Our Business"

Estimating for profit. Budgeting with a purpose. Tracking Time and collecting job data.

Pros

I used to not know how to estimate jobs to cover all my costs. LMN has changed that as well as helped me track time on jobs and employee timesheets. This software is so foundational to our business, and I don't know what we would do without it. We can tailor our estimates toward jobs that make us money now, and help us weed out unprofitable jobs.

Cons

Having been with the software since 2015, LMN has grown exponentially. What started out as a simple, amazingly effective software has inevitably become more and more complex over the years as the developers have done their best to accommodate the wide range of landscapers out there. I understand this to a point, but I hope the developers see that the main advantage with LMN was being able to job cost and budget SIMPLY on an easy-to-use platform. More and more features is great but the law of diminishing returns applies. Please don't make this some lumbering giant that is no longer simple to use!

### "Landscapers Best Bang for the Buck"

Very good

Pros

Designed for the Landscape Contractor/Service provider and is the best estimating platform on the market.

Cons

Scheduling is too complicated and I wish it was a true AR module for Quickbooks

Reason for choosing LMN

For the size company we were at the time($2.6 m), I though Boss & Aspire were too expensive and the on-boarding was going to be too time consuming and felt we didn't have the inhouse resources to do it successfully. We actually had CLIP 10 years earlier and they were not willing to help us with data loss due to glitch in their software. We were losing whole banks of client history and they could not help us and were not willing to fix software to prevent from further data loss. we had no choice except find a new provider. I was not convinved CLIP had changed enough to be our service provider again. I thought Service Auto Pilot would have been a good choice if we were a lawn maintenance or lawn care oinly company and didn't think it was robust enough platform for complex construction and design -build projects, billing & estimating. When we choose LMN I was finally convinced after attending their build a better landscape business workshop at our local Catapillar dealer. Based on their values, \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] background as a very successful landscaper, his staff, the Build a Better Landscape Business workshop and the software itself I knew LMN was the right fit for us. I think we have now been using LMN for close to 10 years and we do not plan on changing anytime soon.
