Overall, LMN is not just a software; it's a business management tool that brings clarity, efficiency, and accountability to every project we take on. From the first estimate to the final invoice, it keeps everything organized and gives us the data we need to run a more profitable operation.

Pros

One of my favourite features is the client portal. It provides a seamless way for clients to review and sign off on change orders digitally, eliminating the back-and-forth that used to slow us down. Even better, it maintains a complete log of everything the client has approved, giving us peace of mind and a clear paper trail if questions ever arise. Job Tracking & Dashboards This is hands down the most valuable feature for our business. The dashboards give us a real-time window into each project's financial health by tracking actual costs versus estimated costs. This level of visibility has been a game-changer in understanding true project profitability and making smarter decisions going forward. Estimating with Pre-Built Templates LMN's pre-built estimating templates have dramatically reduced the time it takes to put together a professional, accurate estimate. What used to take hours can now be done in a fraction of the time, without sacrificing detail or accuracy. Mobile App & Time Tracking The mobile app allows the crews to clock in and out directly from job sites, making it easy to accurately assign labour hours to the correct project. This keeps our job costing precise and ensures nothing slips through the cracks. Invoicing Invoicing with LMN is quick, straightforward, and professional. It streamlines the billing process so we can get invoices out faster and keep cash flow moving.

Cons

As with any new software, LMN does come with a bit of a learning curve. Getting familiar with all of its features and workflows takes some time and patience upfront. However, in our experience, the more you use it, the more intuitive it becomes, and it genuinely gets easier with every passing week. What makes the transition much more manageable is the wealth of resources LMN provides to help you get up to speed. From detailed tutorial videos to comprehensive support documentation, there is no shortage of material to guide you through the platform at your own pace.

Overall everything went great! Smooth training. Wasn't overwhelming and \[sensitive content hidden\] was wonderful to work with and always got back to us promptly when we had questions.

Pros

The ease of scheduling multiple departments that all run differently. And to be able to have services that need to be done al be set on a Wait List

Cons

The estimates force you to break down so much that it can be unhelpful at times. Sometimes I just want to put a Misc line item in it but can't

Budgeting tools and estimating tools. Customer service is second to none and the whole team is super friendly.

The softwares complexness. I wish it was more user friendly, which I know the team is working hard on doing.

It has been very helpful so far. Really opened my eyes to my true numbers and made estimating/invoicing as efficient as possible.

Pros

It helps me to consider every cost that I have in my budget. There were many expenses that I was overlooking with my last budgeting system, but LMN fixed that.

Cons

There are some parts of LMN that are redundant and you may double charge if you do not catch it. They are working to fix this inefficient as I understand.

Started about a month ago, first month implementing everything goes quickly, and I will have many more questions, but that is how anything new goes. So far its been good, and I can see a huge growth potential for my business using this software.

Pros

My onboarding experience was really good. I was able to work with \[sensitive content hidden\] ; he was patient, understanding and very helpful with explaining some of the features LMN provides. Made it easy to use, helped with all of my many questions.

Cons

LMN has many features, some of which are not very user friendly. I feel I'll have many more questions along the way.

I like how LMN scheduled our calls to help us understand the process. It wasn’t too much to learn. They answered all of my questions.

Pros

My onboarding specialist was very calm, Cool and collective. This is my 4th software for our lawn care business. It’s the most advanced software I ever used. Simple but powerful! I started with yardbook, then Jobber, then service autopilot. We tried co pilot for a short period of time. They changed names to home works. LMN really cares about the green industry. They focus solely on the green industry. We now know our numbers! I’m beyond happy with LMN!

Cons

They don't have marketing emailing or text messages to communicate with clients. They are adding that in the future.

Pros

I love it all so far, I hope our company can align with and use it well. From the estimators standpoint the system is clean and organized.

Cons

There are some redundancies, I don't think it is always good to have multiple avenues to access the same data
