Making quick changes does not require a work request that may take several days to complete. We as a bank like having control of the content shown on our marketing site. Overall the experience has been great!! Pros BankCMS is a robust software available to create and edit content on our marketing site. You don't have to be a programmer or website developer to understand and make necessary edits. FPS ebanking staff provides support and training to utilize the software with little or no supervision. Having an audit trail of changes also makes it very attractive for auditors to track changes. Cons Some styling or visual appealing options are hard to create if you don't understand the coding required. FPS is always willing to help though.
