Pros: The support has been outstanding from pre-sales to tech support after the sale. I have always felt as if they know me when I call and that I am their most important customer!

Cons: I wish there was a way to set tab-order more quickly when working with a larger document. For a HUGE document it is eaiser to import a PDF form that already has form fields.

Pros: I like the ease of the drag and drop feature to configure templates. And I like the online form so that it can be sent to different customers.

Cons: I wish we could tailor the completed document verbiage per document. eSignGenie calls it the Folder Executed verbiage. Right now I have two different email addresses and two different eSignGenie accounts to separate Client Services Network Team from the Client Services Team. They are two separate groups in the Client Services Department.

Overall: We are on our way to going paperless with contracts and also receive contracts much faster than the paper copy.

Pros: Easy to use, private and secure, quick! This service is great for our organization that needs several signed forms per 500 people. eSign has an address book that makes sending multiple documents to the same person easy. I'm excited to use the bulk feature and send personalized documents to several clients at once

Cons: I wish executed (signed) documents were a bit easier to organize, but there is an option to download all files to your computer or dropbox. I'd love to be able to edit the title of a document after sending. The search function isn't the best, but easily navigated around by zooming the screen out and clicking "show all". eSign seems like a small startup that doesn't have the manpower to accommodate larger companies. Great for small businesses that don't need bulk sending!

Overall: Easy, secure document signing, eliminating the need for keeping up with paperwork and snail mail!

We also don't support clients extract data from your other systems or helping with personal computer programs. Pros: It is quite easy to use! The templates make things fast and simple. The artists tend to sign a document much faster rather than filling it out by hand. The customer service is great as well! Super friendly, quick to respond, and knowledgeable.

Pros: Easy to use and very flexible for out multiple different needs. We needed a couple different documents for 2 parties/ 3 parties and the set up was easy and intuitive for the most part.
The Customer service was excellent however and coached us up where we needed.

Cons: Takes a little getting used to.

Overall: Easy to use and fits our needs perfectly.

Saved me a lot of time and effort compared to previous years.

Pros: Being able to receive contracts in digital format was a lot more convenient than sending out the contract and having people bring in hard copies

Cons: Many users made mistakes when filling out info for the second signer, and I think it would be helpful if the notification I received was also sent to the email of the person who filled out the form

There is a lot of features you can customize this and perfect for a business application

Pros: Customization, Security and Automation. The system was set up to provide the legitimacy of e-signing and helps me process business faster. Online forms are great to embed on our website. Streamline process.

Cons: Not dummy proof but customer support is through the roof. The walk you through the whole thing and explain it while they help you make the changes if needed.

Pros: I like the functionality of the program - it is really easy to use. I love the ability to import your contact list to mass send documents

Cons: The first go around for mass sending was a little confusing because I started using the "Address Book" instead of creating a group, but the help center helped me and it was super easy.

Cons: Some of menus could be improved to make choices contained to stand out or be more obvious. When first using bulk, I needed some help with this. Once learned, no problem.

Pros: I've used all of the e-signing software, seriously all of them and eSign Genie is by far the best and easiest to use. For me it's all about being able to upload, drag and drop the fields into the form easily and quickly and it eSign Genie does all of that. It's also the most affordable.

Cons: Honestly none, I tried them all out before I picked one and eSign Genie was the best. I have no complaints.

Pros: The best part is that we no longer have to worry about paperwork coming back modified, red lined, or with white out. The users we delegate can fill out and modify only fields we delegate. Also there are no more missed fields on our contract as if we make them required it wont allow the user to move forward and sign until they complete the required fields.

Overall: No more missed fields on our contracts! It really helps to speed up our workflow.

Esign genie was a great value addition to our business for our contracting needs

Pros: Once setup, esign genie has been very simple to use and has greatly cut down the need to print, scan, fax and manually sign contracts. We use the same template to sign our vendors and this makes the entire process efficient and easy to track. Contracts no longer get lost and are always legible. It also also very cheap compared to some of the competitors I've used/looked into.

Pros: Customer service was EXCELLENT and personalized. We use the API to integrate into our dashboard, and it was easy to implement and works flawlessly. For the value and functionality eSign Genie provides, it is very affordable too.

I researched about 20 different e-signing software platforms and eSign Genie was the only one who offered us what we needed at an affordable price-point. I would recommend it to anyone!

Overall: Streamlined our client intake process by integrating this functionality into our dashboard using the API.

Pros: Features are comprehensive and the customer support is superb. The template features is helpful as you do not need to continually perform the same non-value-add tasks.

Cons: Additional functionality such as creating template text boxes for information that is always requested (e.g., business address, signatory title, etc.) would avoid duplicative entries. Not all features are intuitive, but customer support did help steer me in the right direction.

Overall: I am in the landscaping industry and getting signed proposals always slowed down our process. Once we found Esign Genie that changed.

Now, we have all clients sign their contracts digitally. This allows us to have a very fast turnaround, a definitive record of signing, and a streamlined process.

Clients love it and we haven't had a single problem with returning documents. Regardless of the age of the client, all have had a seamless process when signing.

The only thing I'd like to see is the ability to add a standard text from me to our outgoing email. As is, I have to paste it in each time if I don't want to use the pre-programmed one by eSign Genie.

Overall: This is a company I would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone looking for a great electronic signature solution. The software itself is very simple to use and navigate, for both internal and external parties. Mahender has been a great partner and has provided exceptional technical support and training. The best part of eSign Genie overall is that the eSign team has been able to implement several enhancement requests (attachment requirements, bypassing optional fields, checkbox groups) which is something that you simply don¿t see from other companies these days.

Recommendations to other buyers: I have used Adobe Document Cloud before and though that is a robust software, user support was lacking comparative to eSign Genie.

Pros: We like the feature that we can import the documents from Google docs, which allow us to import previous contracts seamlessly.
Besides, the template feature is one of our favorite, it makes creating document process much simple and easy.
Last but not least, the intuitive and flexible signing workflow are so easy to use, help different parties aware of the status of the documents.

Cons: Not much, except the accessing eSign Genie from China is so miserable.

Overall: We've set up an international consulting team, in which team members located in different countries and cities. We started by sending documents via fax and mail, managing the documents has also been headache for us.
After evaluating many online electronic signature service provider, and comparing from different perspectives, like service plans, user experience, workflow, document legality and management, we eventually decided to go with eSign Genie.

The more we use the system, the more we like it, especially we like the feature that we can import the documents from Google docs, which allow us to import previous contracts seamlessly.
Besides the template feature also makes creating document process much simple and easy.

Guys in eSign Genie are really doing an amazing work!

Recommendations to other buyers: The product is great. I hope eSign Genie can expand business to China, as freelancers and remote consultants in China are growing.

Comments: We use eSign for traveler releases for tours. It keeps it simple for the travelers. No need to print, sign and U.S. mail back like we used to do. Setting up the templates and some of the functions of the page are unintuitive at times, but the owner of the company spent time tutoring me and walking me through it to achieve the results I needed.

Comments: eSign Genie has streamlined and updated our on-boarding process by allowing us to send multiple documents requiring signatures to people joining our program with the ease of one email. We are now able to save time and the expense of mailing documents out and requiring the documents to be returned to us via mail. With eSign Genie, we are notified when all of the required documents are executed and we can download, print or save them much more efficiently.

Additionally, eSign Genie has the best customer service! We are able to reach eSign Genie support by phone or email and have always gotten prompt and helpful responses to any questions we have had.

Pros: User friendly even with our unique use of the platform.

Overall: We have a unique use of eSign Genie in that our Law Enforcement, Judges and District Attorneys offices utilizes the platform to electronically sign documents. Which can include warrants and complaints. Law enforcement is able to complete the process in their vehicles which has proven to keep the public safer as those officers are staying out in the field. We have requested a few tweaks to the system to make it easier for our users, eSign Genie has been absolutely wonderful in making things work for us. eSign Genie has been eager to assist us with our needs and continues to provide a great platform. The feedback I've received from officers and judges is that they are able to use the service with ease. We are hoping to expand the usage of the service to other areas of the criminal justice field as needed.

Pros: It's really well priced and gives us the flexibility to use it as often or infrequently as we need.

Overall: This platform has made it super simple for my nonprofit to send and receive all of our legal documents and keep everything in one place. While there are numerous platforms that do just this, we chose eSignGenie for the pricing. I liked the fact that we could pay per document, as we don't send enough documents to make a monthly plan worth it.

Overall: This service is superior to any of the other comparable services that other electronic document services. The UI and ease of use is excellent compared to DocuSign or EchoSign. I use this service very frequently for contracts and its perfect.

Comments: I am growing my tutoring business to include online tutoring. Digital contracts through esign genie has been a godsend! I am able to move forward with confidence that terms and conditions are agreed upon in a legally binding signature, and all of my documents are filed away for safe keeping. Thank you, esign genie!

Cons: Had a small problem, but as it turned out, it was me and my computer, not the software....

Overall: My experience was very positive in every aspect. Quick and easy to use. Much less complicated than my previous provider.

Pros: Nice online form integration capability without requiring API knowledge.
Pricing is fair.
A good reporting system in the backend of their site.
My experience of customer service was second to none.
Nice form layout and good options for the electronic signing and finished document.

Cons: Only con is at first, some of the backend arrangement for users, documents, templates, etc. can be a little confusing. But it doesn't take long to see exactly how it all works together.

Overall: We required electronic signing of an online approval/waiver legal form for new prospects to our service. I compared 10 or so similar services and after a full weekend of trialling the others (and hours of trying to make things fit the way I wanted), eSign Genie came up the best option. I had a few peculiar requirements for nice blending to our front-end website. Mahender was amazingly attentive to everything we required. He made it his mission to make the sure this service would completely fit. And it does.

Pros: It's a great price, easy to use, and their service representatives are freindly, knowledgeable, and helpful.

Cons: Some of our older volunteers aren't used to signing things online, but that would be a barrier nomatter what service we used.

Overall: The eSign Genie team is so helpful! I'm not the most tech-savvy and I made a mistake on my first try sending out a liability waiver, and they called me right after I submitted my question and helped me get everything set straight. So much easier than sending out documents and having them mailed back!

Recommendations to other buyers: It's awesome!

Pros: I like the fact that you can upload documents from more than one source.

Cons: Some basic how to's are not so obvious, i.e..how to edit a document.

Overall: I needed a trustworthy esign document that offered a limited need option and I found that in this great product.

Comments: Our business had always used the postal service to send our legal contracts and documents. As the business grew it was just taking so much time to process each and every document. I research electronic systems and decided to try the esign genie system.
I really enjoyed the trial period, this gave me time to actually figure out the system. We purchased the yearly subscription and it works great for our business. It is amazing how easily the system works and how quickly we have our documents back into our office. I highly recommend this system to all businesses.
The customer service has been great with this company. If you have technical problems or general questions they will resolve these for you. I had an issue yesterday where we had to have a new email set up for our contracts. This was completed in a timely manner by the technical team, and they even called to inform me once it was complete.
It is very hard to find a dependable customer service group especially if you need the help immediately. It seems they are always just a call away.

Comments: I was not sure about this product, but they offered me a free trial to just test it out. Once we started using it, I really wondered, why we did not use this before. It is very easy to use, and love the functionality of this. It is very reasonable priced. Support has been excellent! We use this product for our contracts, employment packages and many more things. I would recommend this to everyone who wants to go paperless!!

Comments: I needed an easy and intuitive eSignature service that was affordable and provided a good user experience. I ran some tests before sending to a client and had a couple of issues. I called the customer phone number and spoke directly with someone who could help me. Every issue I had was resolved almost immediately. This company really is on top of their customer service and strive to make their clients happy.

Comments: I have had a great experience with eSign Genie over the past few months and highly recommend their e-signature and document solutions. I'm a small business that needs to collect signatures on less than 50 documents once a year, so a pay-as-you-go solution made much more financial sense for me than a monthly subscription. eSign Genie is the only service I could find that even offers pay-as-you-go pricing, but there are other reasons I recommend their product, too. At the top of that list is the excellent customer service. I've had a few issues come up with using the site, and the company's responsiveness was fantastic - my thanks go out to Mahender and his team for so quickly and effectively addressing my questions and fixing some small problems I was having with functionality. Thanks for offering businesses of all sizes an affordable, easy-to-use service with such helpful people waiting to be of assistance!

Comments: Very straightforward and easy to set up templates. Simple to send documents. I use it for car rental contracts. The only downside is that it doesn't allow our customer to sign the documents without creating credentials.

Comments: I have used different e-signature sites for the past couple of years. Not a big user, dozen or so times a year. I have a small real estate business so I need to have leases signed etc.
There are 3 areas that distinguish one e-signature provider from another in my experience: price, customer service quality and availability, and site security.
In these three elements, eSign Genie is superb and superior to all others I have tried.
For site security, they have more built-in layers of protection and precautionary measures than their competitors (this does make their software slightly more complex to work with, but it¿s not hard to pick it up)
For price, they offer paid packages, as all others do, but they also provide a free option. I¿m sure it doesn¿t have the bells and whistles of the paid packages, but it does the trick just fine for simple documents signings ¿ and free is a great price. For that alone they deserve to be applauded.
But what really sets these guys apart, is their standard of customer service. Truly impressive. Quick example of this.
I sent out a document. Notifications came in as the tenants signed. Then a notification saying the document is executed available for download. I open my account and the document is there, along with a separate security certificate, which I opened first. I then opened the executed document. Only to find it was blank of any signatures!
So I either have to re-send the document to my 4 tenants and tell them to sign again. Or I can try to reach out to customer service and ask what happened here and can you pull my document out of cyberspace?
Now this is happening on a Saturday morning mind you. As I hope not bother my tenants, I decide give their customer service a try. Sent an email, thinking I might hear back from someone on Monday with what can be done.
Couple hours later I get a reply from eSign Genie. Mahender Bist writes to say our technicians are checking into this, give some time please before you re-send your document.
The next day, Sunday now!, I get another email from Mahender. Our technicians have recovered your document and discovered what caused your glitch. Please check your account and thanks for your business.
First time user, free user, writing customer service on a Saturday, problem resolved on Sunday.
So no Mahender, it¿s me that wishes to say thanks - to you and your team for your astounding service standards and fabulous software service provisions.

Comments: This is by far the easiest to use esignature software currently available in the market. And for a start up firm like us its easy on the pocket with all features for Free.
Though its a new product it has a lot of potential as it is truly paperless. You can use this software not only for signing, sending and tracking the documents but also for preparing a document and collaborating among your team.
