We are a reseller and have their product integrated with our solutions. I definitely recommend eSign Genie. Pros The product is fully integrated with our solutions, and the team at eSign Genie has been great. The members like the ease of use, and timeliness of the electronic signatures. eSign Genie is also very affordable, which really helps with some of our smaller clients. I don't spend much time to send the documents to signers and I can access all the signed documents very easily. Pros It's easy to use and very friendly. We don't have to spend much time learning how to set up our documents on it. Cons It's a little bit expensive, but it is woth the cost. I use it every single day in some form or another. Once you set up a document, the process of having your documents signed is seamless. The customer service is always there to help, and I highly recommend this website over the others. Cons They recently upgraded to allow for .doc documents. I have no other concerns for this product. Keep up the good work! Pros We like mostly that we are able to filter on the forms we created on the platform. We have two meetings that require confidentiality forms so this helps us keep track of all signatures coming in. Cons It makes me go through a huge process to enter simple information and if I need edit something afterwards there is no way to do so. Its a pain because I would have to restart. Just learned how to use the multi-signer feature and works great. Customer service has been supurb. Everytime I have needed help they have been very responsive and resolved my issue. Pros It houses documents for easy retrieval and accomplishes all our needs. Cons I can't really say too much about cons. It does what we need it to do. I haven't explored too much on the reporting features but first glance did not see that as too robust. Could just be me not taking enough time to learn it. A lot of our clients are not tech savvy people and it has been so helpful having an easy software that allows clients of all levels to sign. Cons Honestly, the only nitpicky thing I dislike is having to click and drag the buttons onto the documents instead of them clicking when I stick. Pros The software is easy to use for creating, editing, and obtaining signatures. Cons Customer service is generally slow to respond to questions or concerns. Also, we are trying to increase the number of envelopes we purchase and it has taken over a week to get the increase. This causes disruptions within our processes and is causing our stakeholders to be frustrated with our processes. Also, there is no way for the users to see how many envelopes are remaining to know if we need to order more. It seems like there would be a much better process on the part of FoxIt to make this more efficient for the end user. Pros From discovery to implementation eSign Genie has exceeded our expectations. The API features and ease of use were exceptional. The pricing could not be beat. During implementation we ran into a limitation in the API and expressed our needs and the dev team quickly turned around a solution that would eliminate our issue. We implemented the solution about 5 months ago and we haven't had any issues with the product. If you need an affordable, feature rich, API open solution, for e-Signature then eSign Genie may be a great fit for your needs. Cons I'd love less limits on the user counts in the platform but they are quite flexible when you ask them to be malleable. The customer service is horrendous. I called about the plan I have and explained that I did not need a plan of the magnitude and they refused to credit me the money after the renewal kicked in 12 hours earlier! I was not alerted by email about the automatic renewal happening or I would have said I do not need such a large plan. Regardless, they did not care about my situation and told me tough luck. Since I'm in the financial industry many of my documents need to be signed. Allowing our clients to sign online without printing , scanning, faxing or emailing anything is a game changer. There are many options out there for eSigning and I've used several. However, eSign genie has the best software, the best customer support I've ever seen (\[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] is who helps me most of the time and she is AMAZING) and all at a price that is a fraction of the competition Pros This software has all the features that were important to me. Like conditional fields, multiple signers and when updating a form or application you don't have to start over again. The software is VERY flexible. Cons I have no complaints about this software whatsoever. I started using Echosign years ago until Adobe bought them out and tripled the price and cut features. Then, I went to Docusign that was not very user friendly and the customer support is NON-EXISTENT. eSign Genie is wonderful! Reason for choosing Foxit eSign Neither of them offered all the features I needed like condition fields. " August 6, 2019 5.0 I've also saved tons of printer paper and ink because far too many times my clients ended up losing the contract and needing another copy, and its saved me from having to store all those sheets of paper! It's just a huge time and money saver for me. I've also tried a few other electronic signing websites and stopped using them when they got too costly or were just plain not easy for myself or clients. I'm at least 2 years in with using e-sign genie with nothing but great experiences. I highly recommend! Pros Ease of use and very low cost is what's kept me a happy customer for years. My clients easily read and sign my contract and we both get a copy immediately. It's very user friendly for anyone. Cons If I had to pick a "con", and this is seriously nitpicking here, it would be the automated message it starts off the emails with. I've used multiple E-sign softwares (set up and end-user) and eSign Genie is by far the easiest from an Administrative standpoint. On top of that, the Product/Account Management team is friendly and very easy to work with. I know I can email our AM \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] at any time and he will get back to me quickly. Cons I would love to be able to go in and edit my online forms that we use from our Templates. The template function is great, but sometimes it would be nice to not create a new online form if I messed up on the CC'd emails, etc. But this is very minor and has not had any impact on our ability to use the software. Pros My partnership has occasional needs for document signing and eSign Genie provides a pay as you go option that fits our needs well. The document creation and publishing for signing is mostly drag and drop and the company provides step by step instructional videos for the processes. Cons More of an improvement request - I would like to see notifications be sent via text in addition to email. My personal email is always full and it's easy to miss a notification.
