There, the credit card on file expired. Instead of reaching out for a different form of payment the other company cancelled our subscription and required a 300% raise in our subscription to re-join. That was insane, so we found eSign Genie and now I can't even remember the name of the other folks. The team here actually mention often how glad they are to have the software. Pros It's incredibly easy to use eSign Genie. We use the software to send contracts to performers, designers and countless contractors throughout our season. Cons I can't say that there is anything specific I do not like about the software. It's pretty intuitive but customer support is always happy to help with questions. Review Source KC Kenneth C. Pros In our business, we file various documents which require signature(s) with both the state and our business partners - the ability to complete and sign these documents without having to print them first before faxing is the most important feature to us. Cons I have heard from a couple companies that their firewall won't allow them to access Foxit's site. This seems to be happening since Foxit purchased eSign Genie. This had easy to use tools and ability to create my own templates from imported files. Great product! Pros Ease of use and customization of templates. Cons Email templates don't always stick when selecting in the beginning to when you are ready to send. Sometimes have to re-select the correct one. Minor issue. Reason for choosing Foxit eSign This has the best bang for the buck and checked all the boxes for what we needed in an eSign product. Tested it before purchase and I was sold. Easy to set up. Very similar to other products like 7z. I like it because they have a free option that I use pretty regularly that covers all that I need to do. Cons At first, everything was free, now there is a fee to access certain features, which bugs me a bit. It is simple to set up templates and send to multiple signers. I LOVE that I can enforce signing sequences too. All in all, it does everything I need it to do for a fraction of the price of competitors. I send out tons of envelopes daily and it is super easy and quick. Cons Sales - note this was from before the merger with Foxit, but we tried renewing with eSign Genie and were unable to get any sort of contact form their sales rep. Luckily their support team comped us envelopes until we could reach our rep. What should have taken 1 day ended up taking two weeks. Review Source CE Christina E. The APIs are well documented and the tech support is readily available for any issues in integration with the APIs. The templates can be created/ modified on esign Genie for filling up the data on the pdf and then user can be prompted to sign the documents at the required places. Cons Not much to dislike except for some issues we faced in opening and signing documents within iFrame which was resolved with the help of tech support. Other than that, its really awesome software. Sales NEVER answers their calls, or is slow to respond to emails. Ordered additional "envelopes" from their sales person, they errored and turned my account to a trial account which turned off our access to the service. I have been using their services for more than 2 years now have never had an issue. The most important thing is that it is secure and reliable for our customers. This is a great tool for all small businesses. You can keep your contract organized, on record, and access to your contract any time anywhere. Cons I have not found any cons so far. You are notified when documents have been signed or if they expired due no no signature which is a big help because I don't have to always log in to check.
