Pros The extensive set of easy-to-use features combined with the competitively low price-point are what I like most about eSign Genie. Additionally, I like the great team of people who work at eSign Genie and provide support - they are available, quick to respond, friendly, and knowledgeable. Cons There is only one con that comes to my mind about eSign Genie: the name. I searched thoroughly for a better answer, but the name of the platform is my only con. Why? They changed name and still managed to keep the same level of professional service. Once we found Esign Genie that changed. Now, we have all clients sign their contracts digitally. This allows us to have a very fast turnaround, a definitive record of signing, and a streamlined process. Clients love it and we haven't had a single problem with returning documents. Regardless of the age of the client, all have had a seamless process when signing. The only thing I'd like to see is the ability to add a standard text from me to our outgoing email. As is, I have to paste it in each time if I don't want to use the pre-programmed one by eSign Genie. It's been rock solid, no downtime that I've noticed, and the integrations work perfectly. The pricing is a lot more reasonable than some of the competitors, and I've been happy with that. Pros Being able to integrate directly into my website was the key feature. I can embed custom contracts which auto-populate with user information directly into the website, and the callbacks make it easy to download the documents back into my system. Cons The UI could use a bit of refinement, it's not the most polished software out there for e-signing, but generally it's easy enough and works well. It allows the user to customize how the documents are filled out. The templates are helpful to create forms that are commonly used in the company. It is HIPPA compliment which is important for a company in the medical development industry. Cons When a form gets canceled, the document does not return the prior entered values. It would be nice to have the canceled document with its drafted inputs on record. The dramatic price increase. Although the emails do tend to end up in client's junk folders a LOT, which means that we're having to send follow up messages and texts to ensure that they're completed on time. Pros Offers all features that we need in order to capture signatures from our clients for our waivers. Cons The way the document limits are set up is a tad inconvenient.
