When I have needed customer service they were helpful 50% of the time. And that would be as a result of my persistence to reach out to them to get the answers I needed. The pricing became more complicated and expensive in the long run. Pros You are able to customize your own forms. And it's fairly simple to integrate your information into their form template. You can customize the emails as well when sending them for Signature. And save them as a template. It is very simple for the client to sign and execute. The Forum was professional-looking. You have the option of having multiple signatures for multiple people on one form. It is sent to you in a simple PDF for you to save separately from the software program once executed which is a great feature for me. Cons It can be very pricey and the fee structure can be very confusing and misleading. Customer service is hit or miss in their ability to offer accurate assistance Reason for choosing Foxit eSign I chose this product because it was the most affordable one for small business owners such as myself. I've used Foxit in my last two organizations with confidence in its quality and versatility. eSign is easy to use and allows us the flexibility of multiple signers across the organization. Cons I do not have any complaints about this software product. She emailed, spent time with me via zoom. Helped me get set up, answered my questions, didn't make me feel stupid and was personable. I checked out all the competitors and found Esign Genie to be the most responsive, best customer service and competitively priced. I am able to pay for just the contracts I need to implement and uploading and sending is super easy. Their customer service is great too. Cons I'm on the fence with the template used to send out the contract. I always alter it anyway, but something about it always seemed like it could look better. This is not really a con. It's a nitpick because this site asked for a con. It's like asking my worst trait in a job interview and I say that I work too hard. I love eSign. Reason for choosing Foxit eSign I can't recall now the other one or two products I looked at, but what mattered was price and only paying for what I need. The job gets done quite easily once you know the steps to take. Cons The ease of use could be improved as it is not always intuitive. Also, my biggest issue is that the software will constantly log me out and ask me to log in. It is also becoming confusing to use the software across platforms (i.e., the Windows store version is different from the downloaded version directly from the website and also from the mobile version). It went from taking days to get documents signed to seconds. I work on commission and the quicker i get paperwork completed, the faster I get paid. Pros The software is user friendly both on desktop and mobile device. It has made my process more efficient. Clients are required to sign a sales order and credit card auth form. Now they don't have to print it out, sign, scan and return to me. It literally takes them 30 seconds to sign the documents now and I get an email alert once they have signed. Cons I have not had a negative experience thus far using the software. Thank you! Pros This site is really easy to use and straight forward. I already had my documents drafted, so it was fast to drop the fields into the forms. Everything flows and got immediate results. This is a very solid product when you have had it with Adobe! Cons The minimum order is 5 documents, which is not a lot but feels like it if you only need to send 1. It would be better to have $3.99 for 1 or $10 for each bundle of 5. Moreover, it is HIPAA compliant and the customer service is outstanding. When I have a question regarding the API or something else regarding eSign Genie, I get fairly quick replies. They consider suggestions I propose as well, which is amazing and unlike other companies. Cons The portal page and the webhooks sent back to us are a little slow, but not enough that it impacts our business. Reason for choosing Foxit eSign 3 reasons: They have an API we could integrate with, they are HIPAA compliant and they were affordable. We investigated about 20 other companies and none of them fit all 3 criteria.
