Pros

The ease of use makes this a must have for any dealer that wants to sell more cars!

Cons

No Cons. The software is pretty direct and easy to use.

Pros

I particularly like the vehicle description creation aspects of the software, and the inventory management system has a very intuitive interface. We only use the Craigslist Poster part of the software suite, but I've been very happy with it thus far and highly recommend these guys.

Cons

There is one feature such as Craigslist post deletion (can't delete posted ads on our own) that they are still working to resolve, but our Dealer Success Manager is willing to handle this process for us when necessary so realistically that's one less thing for me to deal with.

Pros

The product is easy to use and extremely comprehensive. It is one of the few fairly priced products on the automotive market.

Cons

Nothing I dislike so far honestly, but it would be nice if Craigslist messages came to other CRMs (although they may be adding this functionality)
