Efficient tool to run business well, specially at the beginning of any small business journey with overwhelming costs for everything. Clients appreciate reminders, it helps you to get paid on time, it also notes the clients who miss appointments, so you can give preference of times to the ones who don't . You can create invoices and receipts much easier so less time chasing someone to be paid on time. If client needs to change the appointment with support of the reminders they can remember to do so prior less then 24 h cancelation period so they don't loose their own money , your time is not waisted and you can book another client in the time slot. Cons So far there is nothing on the platform that I do not like. " February 20, 2018 5.0 Pros It's easy to input client and repeat client for those who come in regular. Customer service are really nice and friendly quick to reply to you as well and very helpful. I love that you can have all customer appointments numbers and colour cards all in 1 place makes life that bit easier. I would also recommend this to somebody who isn't great with computers as it's self explanatory and if you do need help you are just an email away from a fast response. This makes keeping up with the paper work easy as well as you can export all the data from the day straight onto a spread sheet so no more tedious time consuming input of books. Defiantly recommend Cons i haven't come across any cons apart from it would be handy for there to be an app but it doesn't make that much difference really probably just me being lazy but other than that I don't have any issues with the system at all Review Source VM Victoria M. I also had an issue with my tablet struggling to run it and they were SO patient and helped me with lots of different trials until finally we figured out why! Amazing! Best customer service I've received in a long time! The online booking is amazing my clients LOVE IT! And I actually liked having full control over the service. It's the only thing that's stoped me moving over to online previously and shedul ticked all my requirements Cons Nothing really.. it runs really well! The girls I rent chairs to have now got it too and one is not tech savvy at all. Doesn't know how to get on Facebook and not tech at all but finds it easy x Pros I am a new salon and keeping track of stock and retail sales is hard but having people message to book in at all times is a nightmare as I hate not to reply being so new my customers love it and so do I as they now do all the bookings I just check what I have in. It is so easy to keep track of sales and invoices. I live love love the voucher codes. Keeps track of everything making my account so much easier. Couldn't recommend this enough Cons I don't like how it doesn't take you to the day you are on when you log in. That would be handy rather than the day you got it. Its super easy to use, it's cut down my scheduling time and its free. The fresha team are super helpful too. Cons I feel that the fresha team have thought of everything. If there are features missing they regularly review this and add new features. Pros I have been setting up and using Fresha for the last few weeks ready to re open my salon. It is amazingly easy to use, and since being open I have had excellent reviews from my clients on how easy it is to book an appointment. Cons I was trying to change my bank details over to my business account and for some reason it wouldn’t let me do it my end. As soon as I raised the issue the problem was solved within a day!
