Very good with SMS and e-mail reminders for clients that are automatic so I don't need to worry about it. The e-mails and texts are neat and tidy, so they are easy to read. It's so easy to use and versatile. Great job setting it up! Thank you for making my bookings so easy. :) Cons Maybe just some different colors for different appointments? September 30, 2016 5.0 I have been using this software for a month to manage 150+ clients and 7 staff members and it saves me hours every week. All staff are automatically notified of new appointments and can log in online to check their daily appointments. All clients automatically receive confirmation emails when booked and text reminders closer to the appointment. My no shows are significantly reduced and client history is just one click away. The team are constantly adding new features and very quick to respond to queries. It is incredibly user friendly and easy to customise. I actually cancelled my old POS subscription as this has all it's features as well as client managing and scheduling. Detailed reports are easily generated to my specific needs. It also has an online booking feature which I haven't got around to using yet, but I'm hoping this will save me even more time. And to top it all off, it's entirely free! AMAZING! An online profile where they can book an appointment for my services. Pros The upgraded version of the software is awesome. The team added new bonus features that will help increase your visibility. You will be able to create an online profile through fresha so clients can book online. Very practical and easy to use booking tool. Thankful I found this software. It is free and they still continue to work really hard to improve the software. That to me is remarkable and deserve recognition. Cons I can't really think of anything I do not like about this software. I am not needing to do card payments right now, but I know they are working on integrating that. When it comes to blocking a certain time of the day at the calendar, they don't have that feature available. Pros I tried different softwares before and none compare to Shedul. My clients love the reminders and that is one less task for me because Shedul sends them for me. My nail spa is more professional now with this software. Cons I really haven't used customer service and so far I haven't paid anything. Pros It's currently free! Super easy to use. I haven't had any glitches with the text reminders or scheduling unlike some of the other softwares. I like that you can write your own worded text reminders. Cons There is no app for it yet so it's a little inconvenient to have to use the web version. I also wish clients could reply to the text reminders if they need to cancel. I've had a few missed appts because clients canceled via the reminder text but their reply doesn't go anywhere. Its extremely intuitive and easy to configure from the back end as admin. Its so easy and user friendly for staff members, not much training required and you can limit what each member can/cannot do. And for clients, the online booking is just fantastic, so simple to use, they cant go wrong. On top of being the best salon software Ive ever used, the customer support is phenomenal, so friendly and efficient. Every morning the first thing I do is open Shedul and see where my business is at. From the simple dashboard I can see everything at a glance, and plan my day from there. If Shedul adds the option for professional stock control (not just retail stock) you literally have the software to run your entire business from 1 place. Cons Not being able to continuously set on going appointments as 2 separate items, we use appointment slots to enter in lunch breaks for staff. If we could have the choice to add these in for weekday and weekend options separately that would be amazing! We can access it from anywhere as long as we have internet. It is very simple to use and well organized. I can't wait until they come out with the app!! Pros Very user friendly Cons It definitely needs an app. My wife is constantly booking people in throughout the day and having to access our account online can be time consuming. It's quite flexible and does many of the things I need to run the basics of my operation from online scheduling to invoices and payment. More importantly, the team behind it dutifully responds to my emails within a day or two with meaningful suggestions or workarounds to solve any problem that is specific to my business. Seems like every time I ask about how to do something or if they have plans for a particular feature I'm hoping for, their reply is that they are working on it and sure enough it rolls out soon thereafter. I don't normally review software (or much of anything else) but their customer service (considering its a free app!) has impressed me and I'm quite grateful for how its helping me with the gargantuan task of getting my own home business up and running successfully.
