### "Dishonest company, be aware"

Pros

Nothing good about this company honestly, their website doesn't look well, services don't look appealing. No customer service.

Cons

As a business owner, be aware. Bad customer service, no phone to contact, only email, and they take forever to reply. They tell you they charge you only 2.9% per transaction but actually it's not true. They charge 20% of every new client, let's say someone booked a package for $625, Fresha rudely takes $125. For what? Not a monthly fee for the service or nothing. PER CLIENT!

### "Best program ever!"

I have been in the beauty industry for over 20 years. Have paid ridiculous amounts of money for other programs and the service was no way near as good. I have recommended this program to 2 other salon owners. Cannot speak highly enough! It has everything a salon needs and they are continually improving.

Pros

It does absolutely everything I need it to do and the customer service is outstanding!

Cons

No app on phone but it’s not really a problem as I have it saved in favorites on my phone.

Reason for choosing Fresha

Had good reviews and the customer service right from the beginning was outstanding. Plus obviously the price but that was not the deciding factor.

All businesses need systems, simple systems work best, just the accounting integration. They get that right, they will have an absolute winner

Pros

scheduling, invoicing, inventory management and marketing. Has good CRM capabilities

Cons

No accounting software integration, tedious/cumbersome CSV export

Pros

I used shedul in my past job and found it easy to use for basic bookings so I decided to use it for my own business, it is extremely easy to set up and for me it was a tad more tricky as I work in 7 different salons on a monthly basis so it’s not a Mon-Fri roster! However if shedul didn’t have a feature I thought would be handy within a few hours of sending an email I had a response with a brilliant solution, Each time I can’t figure something out or I’ve been wracking my own brain the customer service team comes back really quickly with a step by step explanation on how to sort my issue! Seriously the best experience I’ve ever had with customer service in any industry!

Cons

I would like the option to choose my appointment times eg. 9am, 10am not 10:15 etc

Because I have used kitomba in a previous salon and they were hopeless! I could spend 2 hours on the phone to customer service and they still couldn’t sort the issue Timely seemed ok but I had experience with shedul and I’m so glad I chose you guys!

When they aren't changing things every week, we are very happy with the product. We love the new app which makes sure my therapists know immediately when their schedule changes.

Pros

Cost effective, simple and easy to use design, web based.

Cons

They make updates so frequently that you are constantly having to relearn where things are and how to do simple tasks. I feel like they should leave some things alone.

I have used this software since I started my business. The software is user friendly and very simple. Alongside the ease of use, the features are second to none, always improving and have truly helped me make my salon a success.

Cons

No downside to using this software. I can not recall any outages or issues.

I get daily benefits from increased clientele, to professional messages to cash up to reports the list is never ending. I am delighted I have had the pleasure to work with this product for 2 and a half years and at no charge. I would be lost without it and my business would die a death!!!

Pros

Super easy to use!! Easy for clients to book 24/7 easy for staff to book. Best of all at any time day or night we can check appointments and clients may book appointments. brilliant system. I love the features and continual updating!

Cons

I don't have any cons! This system has proven to be amazing all round. As a salon owner this is a fantastic product and whats more it FREE!! what ore could one ask for. My only con is the negative and sometimes rude comments on the feedback - REALLY??? - its free and brilliant! So why the negative comments/

I love this software because it gives me total control over my spa, this helps me to send notifications and book online. Overall it's free... so how can you not love it?

Cons

I love everything about it, maybe only thing I have to say least is their updates are slower pace. it will take a while to have function you may want.

It is so easy to use, my clients love the ease of it. It has helped cut down my time going back and forth with times etc to them. I love that I can have different categories for all my services... excellent product.

Cons

I dislike that they can't pay their booking fee directly at the time of making their booking but, that's not a huge issue.

We LOVE it. It’s so great and has transformed our beauty salon. We have increased profits by at least 30% as we never lose a potential booking. We advertise on Facebook and get booking messages. It’s so easy.

Pros

It’s so easy to use and we can use it 24/7 anywhere and on any device with multiple users. It’s made our life easier and more efficient.

Cons

I don’t find any cons. My only con not to do with the software is that I’d like faster broadband as I live in the Scottish Highlands and we are behind but we will catch up and get fibre soon.

Pros

It’s is so simple to use, very user friendly. There are so many fantastic features that have been added in the year that I have used it. If I’m ever unsure about anything, I email \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\], and always receive a quick and comprehensive reply. It works out my sales for me, making my accounting so much easier.

Cons

Nothing. I love it! If there has ever been anything I’m unsure about, I have contacted them and they have given me guidance.

I chose Shedul as it was recommended on a Facebook site I’m on.

Pros

I love how flexible the software is. I can make changes to my appointments easily. I love that I can pull up reports and see the growth from one month to another. I appreciate the fact that my clients can book so easily. I also appreciate that the system sends out reminders via text and email. My clients have expressed that they love that feature.

Cons

With any software there is always room for improvement. If I can compare last month to this month without pulling up custom ranges, that would be great! I am hoping to see payment processing with the software, as I hear that's what the team at Shedul is working on. I'm also hoping that clients can reschedule their own appointments by keying in their appointment ID perhaps? As of right now, I reschedule my appointments when clients email me. I would like to see options that compare the previous year to this year, without pulling up custom ranges.

Shedul is user friendly, has a nice layout and is easy to use and share. The amazing Tech support is always welcoming new ideas and working hard to accommodate requests. I use the software for a different industry than Salon Management, and with a few modifications it is working wonders for my business. My hair dresser is the one that suggest it to me, she loves it too. I highly recommend

It has helped my productivity in so many areas as a stylist, as a salon owner in the bookkeeping aspect...I love it!

Pros

I love being able to check my schedule/appointments where ever I am at, from any device (phone, iPad or computer). I like being able to see stats and reports. I like tracking inventory with it. i love being able to book clients' repeating appointments and ease of rescheduling. i guess i just love EVERYTHING about it!

Cons

would like ability to add Booth-rent stylists to software for their appointments.

I like that my clients are required to have a number on file. I like how I can set my own prices. Control my booking hours on the app.

I wish Fresha had something like square where i could just have people tap on my iPhone to pay. Or something like a square reader but for fresha.

Setting up the software and integrating all our staff on to it was super easy. The software is self explanatory and we didn't have any issues. All the staff have access (by tiered seniority) so they can keep an eye on their books all the time. I had an issue with our Google booking link and the Fresha team sorting it out quickly, efficiently and professional. It wasn't even their fault, yet nothing was too much trouble for them. The customer support I received was outstanding!

Pros

Easy to use, no unnecessary features that get in the way. Easy to navigate, comprehensive reporting, easy check out process, great inventory control. I also liked the colour coded appointment categories.

Cons

Just some features that are not available in our country yet, that we are really keen to use!

I can see what client(s) I have for the day. I can see what times are booked. I can see free openings to refer other clients to needing to book an appointment. Automated reminders have helped retention rate.

Pros

I know what client(s) and what time(s) my appointments are. Clients schedule their appointment online. I receive payment in app. App sends clients appointment reminders.

Cons

Client appointment does not sync with their personal phone calendar. They have to log into app to see their appointment.

Support takes ages. Waited over one month for my last query to be answered. If clients book directly with Fresha and not via my link, the charges are high.

Since being with Fresha I could not fault. When I got set up I must have been on the phone to \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] about 10 times a day every day for weeks \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] done amazing job in setting everything up and helping me navigate through the system to use to my full benefit

Pros

I have used a lot of software systems in the 25yrs I have been doing my job. Since I was introduced to Fresha I was a bit hesitant but I went for it and haven’t looked back Software is easy to use and access anywhere.

Cons

I would say the o lay thing I would change would be the theme of the software and make it a little more fun looking and fresh vibrant colours.
