I have to create my own Masters without any back up. Nothing is supported for IPD billing in a specific method of TPAs. Pros I used their software in my hospital, it was horribly experience working with them from the start once I made the payment.before making the payment, they made a lot of promises and sweet words but once I made the payment, they stopped picking up my call, after several follow ups they installed the software in my hospital but it was never full working and always of no use for some or another reason. Cons They promised me for a free support telephonic as well as visit in hospital for any issue but this never happened.This is one the bad decisions of my life to go with them for managing my hospital operations, in the end I had to opt out for their services.
