When I spoke to the rep a few times they declined my refund and now I have to dispute the charge. What company wants to go through that much work? In this case it's the principle. Pros It's great to use once and cut ties- but make sure to cancel (by any means) because you will be charged in to perpetuity, regardless of your initial subscription term.
