Comments: We have been using Chataroo.com for over a year. Live chat is easy to use and ticketing helps us keep track of customer issues. I was able to install the software with small snippets that I just copy and pasted to my websites footer html, which only took a couple of minutes.

My favorite feature is that I can customize the look and feel of the the chat window and ticketing system to match my website. Also, visitor tracking provides an insight into what my customers do on the website.

Great products at an affordable price, I definitely recommend Chataroo to any website owner wanting to connect with their customers!

Chataroo's powerful user interface allows customers to get their questions and thoughts flushed out right away! It converts would be customers into paying customers and even more importantly repeat customers! It's easy to use, they have great customer service, and pay for itself many times over. Signing on with Chataroo is a "no brainer".
