They have been awesome to work with especially from an IT perspective. They have knowledgeable staff to assist.

Pros

It has almost everything you need to run the entire business without having to use an integration for each piece (customer service, purchasing, warehouse, etc.) with other vendors. You have the option to use integrations for pieces but do not have to do it for most things. They are always responsive and helpful when an issue does arise.

Cons

I wish they were not moving everything to Azure cloud.

We've used the product since 2007 in its 1.0 version. We have seen a lot of changes and good things happen to the software but remain on the self-hosted platform whereas it seems a lot of their current development is focused on Azure Hosted environments. Hoping to get there or some form of a SAaS model at some point.

Pros

Ease of use for entering orders and customers. The ability to create meaningful reporting.

Cons

Limited Payment processor options and payment processing quirks.
