Whether doing billing or refunding, or sending invoice etc., it is east to navigate. **Pros:** It is intuitive, although we had to try and error to make sure the feature we set on works the way it should. We enjoyed how we can set up payments, and give clients option on how they want to pay. **Cons:** It charges you for features that I think should be includes in the account. We were unable to change wording on an email campaign we wanted to do b/c we had to upgrade it. -While setting up client information, the fact that the more field we added, the more we had to scroll horizontally. I was able to create my terms/conditions prior to payment – this was good. With Vcita, I rarely get double booked. **Pros:** It creates an appointment on my calendar with no need for me to call and ask students for their availability. And to be honest, I think that having all my employees listed on there (as opposed to having one employee listed) has worked out way better than I expected and has not crashed yet. **Cons:** If two or more customers are registered under the same name, Vcita will merge their information and send the email address of the old customer to the new customer. This is "normal" according to Vcita support which blows my mind. Every time I try to export more than a handful of files Vcita will crash and I’m unable to get my data out, good luck trying to leave Vcita. The pricing is a little too high as well.
