### "A terrific combined customer experience manager"

All in one solution for CRM, Accounting, and Scheduling

Pros

I love that this one app and web software acts as my invoicing system, accounting software, scheduling system, and CRM.

Cons

I have only two issues with vCita. 1. Accounting is not very robust. I wish it offered better reporting and filters when watching over the business finances. 2. I would like more control and customization over the look of the invoices. They are very functional and they make it easy for me to send and get paid. I would like to be able to customize the look more and add more options like a la carte services and custom services.

Overall, we've had a terrific time with vCita. They provide a number of features that are in accordance with market conditions, and they back up their releases with webinars and training calls.

Pros

Appointments are put up in a very straightforward manner.  Ability to personalize the schedule page to make it look more professional and to differentiate the services available. The concept of a customer portal appeals to me. Clients can use the portal to make payments, book appointments, and send documents.

Cons

The billing/invoicing mechanism isn't as robust as some other systems. I'd like the program to send out monthly retainer billing in particular.

Pros

The thing I like most about using vcita as my business appointment scheduling is he ease around the dashboard.

Cons

Only downside to using the vcita was the redirection page, moving customers away from my company website.

I've used Live Dite for a little over a year with terrific results. Their customer service is top rate ant the user experience is great. The new mobile app works great on my iPhone and provides all of the useful info you need with easy access.

Pros

Gets results Easy to use Mobile app works Integrates easily to your website Branding options are great

Cons

As with all integrated products it is not always done at first pass but their support is first class and proactive product management is a bonus

I love how easy it is to setup and use the software. It's easy for people to schedule appointments and it is extremely helpful at keeping things organized and running smoothly.

Cons

Sometimes the software is a little buggy and this can be an annoyance but not necessarily a deal breaker.

Better understanding of the features I need for my business and for my clients.

Pros

Easy to use and configure, the clients are is very nice and the open API helps a lot. For a regular appointment system provides all of what is needed.

Cons

However, when coming to multi lingual capability, customisations, shopping cart (or multiple bookings in one single reservation) and the time to update the product or integrate new features, the system is very weak compared to your competitors. The lack of such capabilities made me start using a another software. You just have to read the Facebook forum to see how many clients are not happy with the product.

I've been using Vcita for a month now and just love it. I live in South America, which means that I used to mess up my calendar every time Daylight Savings Time started in the USA. Now my clients can book their own appointments in their time zone and Vcita ensures the time translates into my time zone perfectly. I work with busy authors and they love the ease of scheduling their own appointments with Vcita. Thank you for saving me time and headaches!

Pros

No more time zone confusion Saves time Clients can easily set up or change their appointments without emailing or calling me Looks professional and accessible Helps me block my time effectively

Cons

No synching well with my google calendar. I have to manually enter appointments in my calendar but that is a minor annoyance for an otherwise great product.

I've been using VCita since June 2015. It's been a tremendous enhancement to by business as an intuitive Life Coach and Energy Healer. It gives me a greater sense of freedom knowing that my clients can schedule and change appointments without always needing access to me personally. The payment feature has been wonderful. It saves time in the appointment because payment is handled before the client arrives. Additionally, it makes the enforcement of my 24 hour cancellation much easier because payment has already been made. I had a glitch in the payment system, however, in September. A Payment made seemed to disappear into the ethers. Imagine my surprise when Ran Oelgiesser, the CMO of VCita gave me a call during his off hours to make certain that I knew the attention to detail that was being taken for my situation and the concern for a quick and beneficial outcome. With his attention to detal the glitch was discovered and rectified. I found this level of customer service not only comforting, but exemplary. Thank you, VCita, you have been a life saver in many ways. I highly recommend this scheduling software.

The fact that Vcita sync's with Google. So, whatever I put on one calendar shows up on the other calendar. The outcome is that I never miss anything.

Pros

Vcita syncing with Google. I have two calendars a Vcita and a Google calendar, whatever I put in my Google calendar automatically appears in my Vcita calendar, and whatever I put in my Vcita calendar automatically appears in my Google calendar. Love, Love, Love this feature!

Pros

I love the ease of navigating through this software. It’s very user friendly and if I have questions I can call and get friendly customer service.

Cons

The o my thing is multiple people are not allowed to register for a course at once. I had a lady who wanted to pay for 5 to attend a CPR Course and she couldn’t. It was only allowing her to register one at a time. I ended up sending her an invoice to pay all at once instead of running her card 5 times.

I have used VCita for several years. Before, I signed up to use them, I had a regular contact form on my website. As business picked up it was more difficult to keep my schedule coordinated. Once I signed up for Vcita, not only did my schedule stay coordinated, my potential client consultations have increased. I will never use anything other than VCita. There interface is user friendly, for the end user and on the admin side.

With my other service, we have been using this for a few years & it has always been a great resource for the business we are using it for. Earlier this year, when preparing for our holiday season coming up, I had some technical issues & had a phone call with a tech who was INCREDIBLE. He was patient, knowledgeable, & helpful beyond the task we worked on.

Pros

The details available to capture from a client and all the necessary to customize exactly to your needs.

Cons

There are some navigation challenges when first setting up, but the thing I like the least is that we cannot suspend our account when not in use. Being a seasonable business, it would be a huge budget saver if we could put it on hold when not in use.

Reason for choosing vcita

vCita was one of the only options when we first introduced online scheduling....and we've stuck with it because of the familiarity in use. I chose it for my business for the same reason.

Customer service and their attention to the client's needs shows that they care about their users more than about making money.

Pros

The scheduling flexibility and control is valuable beyond words. You have the ability to organize services and set specific parameters for each.

Cons

Minor bugs with the App Version that do not translate over to the PC Version. Otherwise, I have not experienced any "cons" that are beyond the learning curve of new software.

I am a small business owner who is working on building a better website and this is the perfect addition! I was referred to vCita by a friend of mine who also uses vCita. The entire process is very user friendly AND the customer service is top notch! I recently had a billing issue and I was able to call and promptly get it straightened out! Thank you Chris for your help! I am excited to continue using vCita! I highly recommend it!

User friendly, great customer service, friendly staff, great tools, appealing layouts, great price for all the features you get, works with wordpress.org, monthly or annual payment options, significant discount with annual payment option.

Does not work with WordPress.com

Easily connects to stripe for payments. It has a great CRM With a lot of features and easily accessible for customers to make payments

Cons

Mobile campaign does not work properly. I really like the idea of being able to create campaigns from my cell phone but I am unable to navigate because the texting freezes when trying to type

I wish there was a way to do recurrent billing and I wish there was a way to take certain appointment types and allow people that wanted that appointment type to override a block in my schedule

automations appointment scheduler, and is for client to book by filling simple form, also follow up smg which gives ideas of what you can decide to send by editing

not so much into it, with the few tool i use is good to go, for now there's nothing to complain about, but if it popup will come back to share
