Cons

I don't like that to incorporate Vcita to our website it's in widget form (looks ugly) I wish it could be embedded into our website to look cleaner.

You can set up as many schedules as you want to make life easier and organize yourself easier.

Cons

Not able to link to my phone calendar. Customer Service is pretty useless.

Scheduling feature is good.

Pros

The scheduling feature. With some adjustments it will be much better, like color code appointments and such.

Cons

As I said before, customer support is hard to reach, almost as if there is no one there. When I finally got someone on the line she lacked the knowledge to help me and seemed eager to finish the call. I am moving to a new website very soon and need someone with knowledge to answer a few questions.

Pros

This was an easy setup for our Wordpress website with the added bonus of a plugin instead of cut and paste of HTML code widgets. Integrated nicely with Wordpress.

Cons

Some of the ongoing configuration or altering of settings can be daunting to the End user. Can be an overkill for some users just looking for the basics. You must have a paid plan for appointment scheduling.

Pros

Ease of use, functionality, and ability to customize the time slots and responses is very helpful and necessary.

Cons

I don't have any complaints with VCita - for a calendar management tool, it works just fine and I'm pleased with it and cost is right and competitive.

The ability to quickly receive customer support and their integration with other well-known software is the knowledge that is needed when working with a variety of clientele. They have provided a way to customize their tools to fit the needs of the business providing a level of efficiency that is well needed in every quarter of the season.

Cons

There are no issues that I have come across yet since working with vcita.

Pros

Has a messaging feature to communicate with my doctor's staff. You can schedule an appointment; there are several types of appointments to choose from that indicate the length of time and purpose, as well as the price (I don't file insurance for these visits). You can see your appointment history.

Cons

Navigation can be difficult when you try to do anything that doesn't conform exactly to the normal setup. Trying to cancel or reschedule does not always work. I was billed for an appointment that I canceled well in advance; staff didn't get additional details I added to another one.

I love being able to capture leads in a very easy and professional method

Pros

I love the simplicity and functionality of this product. It allows me to easily capture leads that come to my site and offer them a CTA. Vcita looks extremely professional and is so easy to customize. Love recommending it.

Cons

That fact that I cannot print out a document with all the leads information especially the answers to questions I pose prior to them scheduling a strategy session

Pros

Integration with my website, sync to my calendars, accepting of payments, customization of services, scheduling, clean and professional interface, notifications, reminders, and follow ups

Cons

I am not able to go into all of my settings with the mobile version. If I need to go into my settings, I would need to log in via my desktop

Very responsive and easy to use; lots more to explore but amazingly easy to navigate as I saw in the free demo

Pros

Easy accessibility of information; calendar is easy to follow; colour coding is a plus; reminders of appointments are amazing and so helpful; customer service is very responsive; new ideas , blog and tutorials are helpful too.

Cons

Not sure at this time - maybe the wish to have more newsletter access at my current level

Pros

vcita is amazing for Customer management, including all functions and features, but the remote payments were the most exciting.

Cons

vcita is slightly expensive for one module, and we faced some obstacles in integration.

The vCita team is really well organized and they know how to treat a customer right. From our first introduction to vCita for a demo to our most recent interaction where they set everything up for us, every interaction has been exemplary. The tools themselves are extremely useful and simple to implement, making it a no-brainer to add advanced scheduling and payment features to your website when most folks probably shy away from that level of complexity. The only thing I would love to see is more integrations with other tools - we currently use another CRM (OnePage) and since there is no option to integrate with it, Wufoo, or Zapier, we're left with the choice to either manually extract data or have two systems of record. Otherwise I think this is a fantastic solution that can help LOTS of folks get more business through their website.

Pros

After I used this software, my clients response became faster and more people are attending each sessions.

Cons

Private appointment schedule don't want to be shown in my shared google calendar while group sessions schedule do want. I still don't get used to this point.

Pros

I like the easy navigation and mobile app. It's very easy to create invoices, appointments, and communicate with my clients because the app is mobile.

Cons

The functionality to my clients looks "old school". They feel it is old technology because of the way it looks when creating an appointment. They feel it needs to be updated. I also feel that there needs to be an update to the scheduling so that my clients have confidence when setting appointments.

I did not realize how much I needed this product until I tried it. Having online scheduling on my website and social media sites, on my email signature and within email marketing has increased the number of appointment requests I am receiving. Sending clients invoices with links for online payments has been very well received by them; I like getting payments within hours instead of weeks of sending the invoice.

Pros

Easy to set up and make changes if necessary.

Cons

Can't add documents to invoices at this time.

Pros

The application syncs with other google integrations. Helps in business management. You can check out the free version. And if you are happy go on for the premium. Data is secured by multiple integrations, all your data is backed up. Suits Mid and small sized businesses. Several features like email- campaigns, calendars for team, analytics and reporting feature. You can add an staff roles and they keep updating advanced features.

Cons

Account management could be made simpler, customer service is least responsive. The billing system lacks features. At some occasions the syncing feature does not work.

If i could leave a -5 star review I would! I contacted the company to do a trial of their software, I got a call from a rep a week after i signed up for the trial, I explained the girl the features i needed for my business and she acknowledged those features were not available at the moment, so she went ahead and cancelled the free trial and advised me i should check later to see if those features were added. to my surprise on May 8th there was a charge on my credit card for $575, I called and the lady said they wont give me the money back! WTF? now i have a software that I dont need but yet they charged me. how do you do business like that? I hope they fix this issue

Pros

I've been looking for an online scheduling app. I've tried vCIta due to positive reviews but personally I have not used vCita long enough to discover anything positive.

Cons

1\. I was trying for the 15 days free trial period. I thought I clicked the right option but the page asked for my credit card. I put it in thinking I wouldn't be charged after 15 days. Nope I was charged immediately. 2. Slow or no customer service response after multiple requests. 3. Over priced for what it offers. SMS / texting feature isn't free. 4. Setup isn't as easy compared to Square or Flexbooker.
