I use vcita daily to chat with our customers. It has been a really helpful tool because parents/students can see our pop-up chat on our site and shoot me a message anytime. Unlike live chat, it allows me to respond to the messages when I am available and doesn't show the customer that I am typing. Vcita is a life saver!

Pros

Calendar feature is easy to use and I like the overall format and the way it looks, and the reminders that are sent out prior to the meetings.

Cons

I have had issues with time zones- it is supposed to automatically adjust to the client time zone when they book a meeting, but every few weeks something goes wrong and I call a client at the wrong time, which doesn't reflect very well on our business.

We've been using vCita for a while now and the service and features are amazing! Is speeds up our process, saves time, money and emails back and forth. I recommend to all my clients!

Pros

Google calendar integration, easy to setup and get ready to go. Has multiples appointment types, different fees for each, customisation, widgets and it integrates very well with our wordpress sites.

Pros

I can't believe how many features are included. It is easy to use. The online booking feature brought in a new client on the day I set it up.

Cons

I didn't realize that the SMS appointment reminder messages were not included in the basic plan.

vCita Software is great for anyone who has had clients look over his/ her website, send an email with a confused and confusing list of times they have available. Then after you get back to the client you find that their schedule has changed. The back and forth of appointment setting is eliminated with vCita as it is for other programs, but these features are embedded within a client portal that offers that authority aura. You can add the portal to your website, or if you don't want the portal, you can still use all the other vCita features. vCita allows you to bill and invoice and view everything from your mobile on the go very cool. Some of those vCita features don't work for me because I communicate with groups of people at once rather than one on one. Still I found vCita software to be flexible and I liked that fact that their forms integrated easily with my website. It is pretty easy to learn although some of the internal dashboards are a little confusing. vCita's support team is good and I was able to get everything up and running as I wanted.

Pros

This is the best software I have seen for one on one service providers and it is easy to set up and use.

Cons

The internal dashboards were confusing until I understood them. I had help from the support team. They do a good job.

I recently installed vCita software on our website www.jobinterviewservices.co.uk to generate leads and increase conversion of sales, am pleased that it has exceeded beyond expectations. The plugin also gives opportunity for prospects to schedule appointment , pay online etc. Prospects are also able to book service with difficulty.

Pros

Easy to use for booking service. Generate leads Secured booking payment form. Prospect can schedule appointment online Reduce telephone calls. Preferable to other booking appointment software used in the past.

Cons

None noticed since using the software.

For the most part the service was ok. However, don't purchase the year membership without really giving it a good trial. You will not get refunded any portion of your fee if it doesn't work out. They will keep the entire year's fee. Only pay monthly until you really feel it is going to work for you. Our clients struggled with the appointment process and became frustrated with the system. We had to go another direction and were out $615 for only three months of service.

Pros

This software is easy to set up. Customer service walked us through the whole process.

Cons

Clients had a hard time navigating the appointment process.

The most powerful thing is : I'm able with Vcita to give a working ecosystem for the prospects and my customers. That give me a serious advantage to do marketing campaigns smoothly ... Having a global overview and go deeper if need is very comfortable to me

Cons

the invoice are not completely suitable for the french market, some line are missing into the invoices or I don't know how to do it.

I meet with clients one on one and wowing my clients is very important. If you don't stay in touch, follow up and keep that loving relationship going it can be a game changer. Vcita, helps me to this with out so much thinking about the small stuff! It just keeps me, my clients and my business moving forward!

Easy client payment, follow up reminder and every thing in one place!

Cons

I am waiting for the new API feature to add in my other contact system to do auto responders. Also sending more than one doc at a time would really help!

I love this software. It puts your talents and abilities in front of the world and says "BOOK NOW!" That is a powerful message and must result in more business. And, the software keeps me organized when it comes to following up with clients. Again, I love this software!

I got a call today from a customer support guy at VCita. He actually spent 20 minutes on the phone showing me how to get the most out of the software. I don't recall ever getting a call like that before. Good on ya VCita!

I've been a vCita customer since 2012 using the basic (free) plan. Since upgrading, I've seen a significant boost in my streamlined productivity and follow up. My clients also appreciate the reminders for appointments and ease of communication with me.

Pros

The integration of the new dashboard with the mobile app is simply sublime. :)

Cons

I'd love to see improvements for the email campaigns. If vCita adds email marketing to their service, I wouldn't need any other CRM tool/service.

Pros

I'm the girl that hates computers! I feel so bogged down & almost paralyzed when I have to "figure out" how to navigate through new programs & software! But with Vcita, I feel like a pro. It's been so easy for me to master. All the way from the desktop version to the mobile app!! It's given me the confidence I need to manage my business.

Cons

When navigating through my contact list, I will stop at a clients info & get what I need. But when I'm done & try to go back to the contact list, it takes me back to the top. (At the A's) And it's pretty slow scrolling all the way back down again.
