Pros There are so many great things to say about ComFreight! First of all the customer service is exceptional they treat you like family and they are always there to help you no matter what your question or concern is. I would rather not have factor if I'm gonna be stole from and lied to. Pros Well I liked it at first. Till they receive over payment that was our toll reimbursement. They recieved it back in \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\]. I called broker today to find out why we haven't been paid. Only to discover they paid Comfreight. Comfreight not one time in this month tried to reach out to our company nor the broker to find out why the extra money. Infact they weren't gonna say a word. Tried telling me today that they just confirmed what payment was. Well I have news for them I have talked to broker and broker has heard nothing from them. Well then told there no recourse yet they put ucc file against you showing other banks you owe money. Well those 2 can't coexist. If it's 100% no recourse it's no other financial institutions business if I'm doing business with them. It's done as a ploy to try and keep you in there pocket. If they advertising you owe money then that's not 100% none recourse. In fact manager just told me he can't close our account cause we own money. As I told him I owe you nothing at all. I'm not saying they don't deserve there money but if I owe then that's fails advertising this 100% no recourse. Cons They are cons that want to try and take money slickly it's not 100% recourse if they let other lenders know you do business with them. This is abuse to say the least. If it's no contract and none recourse then it's noone else business what business relation we have had. That's in fact recourse. You keep lenders from making credit decisions on a false claim. We pretty much always hit our target price, which is well below what our vendors quote and have saved tons of money. All goes straight to our bottom line. Can't recommend highly enough! Cons To be honest I haven't really had any issues with it. I would just say that while you can develop a relationship with a freight company I would continually go back to posting loads on ComFreight to make sure that the rates with your preferred company are competitive to the marketplace.
