I first thought it might be me, so I created another account, different email, same thing happened. They took an age to respond to my request to fix the problem and a guy called \[sensitive content hidden\] said he’d get his “team” onto it, the thing is I don’t believe there is a team because he is the only one who responds to WhatsApp, email or live chat! I later received a blank email, no business details at all or signature telling me my new password was password, it didn’t work of course. \[sensitive content hidden\] later WhatsApp messaged me asking for the password they had sent!?!? Pros The User Interface, the recent upgradation is really good. It is cloud based, hence I can access it from anywhere around the globe. Cons The period needs to be selected for every window. If we can select the period at the start and view transactions, especially in the cases where you need opening and closing balances. It gets little difficult at times. Also, sometimes once u are done entering data and click on save, it says something went wrong. That causes loss of time. Program freezes when emailing and can’t attach the pdf to a mail package outside of Profitbooks. Ie you can’t email the invoice and can’t email the invoice. I was forced to manually type an invoice to ensure I was paid. Customer service very vague: took 3 days to respond with mere instructions on how to email an invoice , which I knew!
