I first thought it might be me, so I created another account, different email, same thing happened. They took an age to respond to my request to fix the problem and a guy called \[sensitive content hidden\] said he’d get his “team” onto it, the thing is I don’t believe there is a team because he is the only one who responds to WhatsApp, email or live chat! I later received a blank email, no business details at all or signature telling me my new password was password, it didn’t work of course. \[sensitive content hidden\] later WhatsApp messaged me asking for the password they had sent!?!? Different categories, being able to insert my info that I want displayed on my invoices. Although I don't use the functions, being able to keep track of purchases, expenses, clients, suppliers,, stock, payments received/outstanding Cons I am not able to make small amendments to my personal info that I want displayed on the invoices. Pros Overall display of software is very good and easy to maneuver over various modules without opening various modules each and every time, GST reports are very good and really it has helped me in my company to file our returns without much hassle. Cons Customer support is not up to mark, normally we don't get any help from them they just pass on the bugs to technical team. Lot of modifications to be done according to Indian environment, such as figures to be presented in lacs and not millions, bank charges cannot be entered along with payment to vendor, Bankbook & day books doesn't produce any reports it shows NIl entries. Date functions work only with hyphen (-) only whereas it should work with slash (/) or full stop (.). TCS charged by supplier cannot be booked under expenses entries. They have a view only mobile app that helps me keep track of my business sales as well. I am very satisfied with this product! Kudos. Pros The invoicing and estimate features of Profitbooks are smooth beyond a doubt. Adding new services, products and clients to the system is exceptionally easy as well. The design of the invoice is professional and clean, and you can incorporate all necessary legal details into the invoice and then export according to your preference.
