Pros

The Easiness in operation and invoicing. Also it is very easy to search and find the customer outstanding and invoices.

Cons

The software is incapable of data analysis and especially in expense management and COGS finding. We are still using Excel sheet

The inventory feature great. Very good for people who sell products are in retail business.

Cons

There should be options of where I can chose which month to be active. But there is non. I get billed monthly. Whether I use the software or not

Hi Doris. Thanks for your feedback. It becomes difficult to bill for random months. Even if you don't use the application in a particular month, we have to maintain and store the financial data. That's why we need to bill monthly.

my personal experience with Customer Support has been excellent -- very fast, very friendly, very helpful .... and it is FREE

Pros

I love the Project feature which lets you track income/expenses for a project or for a group of customers/clients ... very cool .... it's my favorite feature

Cons

I personally have not yet found any negatives

Cloud Functionality, Generating reports, Customer Care. It is convenient to use it on the go with cloud.

Cons

Invoice PDF Structure / Layout. It is recommended to have an APP of the same to add to the current functionality.

Pros

Seemed easy to use and didn’t take that long to set up

Cons

Cannot email invoices to clients. Program freezes when emailing and can’t attach the pdf to a mail package outside of Profitbooks. Ie you can’t email the invoice and can’t email the invoice. I was forced to manually type an invoice to ensure I was paid. Customer service very vague: took 3 days to respond with mere instructions on how to email an invoice , which I knew! Thing is it kept freezes once I pressed send.

Overall it's a good solution for people and for micro sector companies and organisations... It has all the functionalities needed for micro scale business. And beyond.

Pros

Invoicing and payment and receipt details recording and assessing reports is very user friendly. Invoicing also consider GST part also.

Cons

If GST is auto applied based on HSN no., like othe softwares do, it will be very useful for people so far as correctness in calculation of tax. Further it will also be good if. Detailed ledgers of vendor and suppliers be available online and offline also. Currently ledgers are having some issues related with financial year breaks.

Overall the software is very good. A person without knowledge of accounting can also operate.

Pros

Easy to use and to set-up. Best part is that it is cloud-based, hence need not to install or upgrade and can be accessed from any device. All new features are added at the back end and can be accessed without any step at the user-end. Also the security checks are maintained to refrain unauthorized login.

Cons

Reports cannot be customized as of now. May be in near future this feature can be added.

Pros

The software is cloud based. I can share the invoice on email. The invoice format is presentable. It enables us to use our logo on it.

Cons

1\. It's not user friendly 2. The period needs to be inserted every time you open a ledger 3. Sometimes it stops working 4. There are few types of entries which do not allow attaching a scanned document For reimbursement voucher, I can't attach a document.
