I liked the fact that it supports multiple currencies. So, we can specify the currency of a particular customer and then create an invoice in that currency. They also give a gain or loss report based on currency fluctuations. It's unique and useful. Interface is good. Cons They should add stripe or paypal as payment method. We created accounts for our sales staff and assigned them the 'Sales' role. Now, they can create invoices and record payment receipts but can't see other transactions in the business. This is really great. Not sure if any other software has this feature. Pros It's simple to set up and doesn't really require training. It's affordable. Support is good. The option of creating user-specific roles is unique. Cons I feel they should add more tutorials in the help center. Mobile app needs more functionality. Pros I like how it organizes customer's details and seamlessly creates an invoice from the settings. I like the layout of the output PDF also and the way there are different choices for how this looks. Cons It was a little difficult to get the hang of initially, but 3/4 invoices later, I had it.
