In hindsight, never would have went with this software. Software is not intuitive and it's very hard to get support

Pros

Seems to be a very powerful software with lots of capability but hard to unlock its full potential due to lack of support.

Cons

Support is very slow and often not super helpful. Lots of bugs/errors with the software with no known resolution times. Self serve support articles are not comprehensive

Switched from

[AccountEdge](https://www.capterra.com/p/222114/AccountEdge/)

Account edge was phased out so we needed to switch

My overall experience with Priority Software has been positive. It is a flexible ERP system that supports a wide range of business functions and can be tailored to our company’s specific needs. While there are areas for improvement, such as ease of reporting and user onboarding, the system has been reliable and effective for daily operations

Pros

I like that Priority is highly customizable and user-friendly compared to other ERP systems. It allows us to tailor workflows and forms to fit our business processes without heavy reliance on external development. it gives us the ability to configure forms, fields, and reports according to our company’s requirements. The customization tools make it possible to adapt the system quickly when business needs change

Cons

What I like least about Priority is that some screens and navigation can feel unintuitive at first, especially for new users. It requires training before people feel comfortable using it efficiently. Out-of-the-box reporting options are limited, and often require building custom reports to get the level of detail we need

I had the chance to work with priority ERP when working with an Energy company, it was manging the customers and the business operations, it required a big team to operate since it's a complex system.

Pros

Priority is a well known and well used ERP and CRM tool which means that new company onboarders will probably have previous experience with this tool. In addition it has vast ERP features and good customer support.

Cons

It's a highly complex system to learn, bad API and bad integration capabilities, API contracts are being broken all the time, Stability is low.

Response from Vendor

October 7, 2024

Thank you for sharing your response. We are sorry you found the system to be complex and the API lacking. These are actually areas for which Priority has received very positive feedback, most recently in the 2024 IDC MarketScape for cloud ERP where it noted under Simplicity & Use: References told us they love the simplicity of the system and the user interface. Also, Priority's API is one of the most advanced & simple to use in the industry. We have more than 100 partners who develop modules and customizations via the API as well 100s of connectors & embedded integrations. Priority's integration capabilities were noted in the 2022 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Cloud ERP for Product Centric Enterprises as a strength where it said: Integration of Suite: Priority’s suite includes administrative and operational capabilities on a single code line along with the flexibility to integrate third-party applications. We'd be happy to discuss this with you.

Excellent business management software for mid size companies in the manufacturing, services or commerce domains.

Pros

Easy to implement, lots of features targeted at end users such as customized searches, customizable fields and forms. Mobile friendly. Has a lot of extension modules in various domains.

Cons

Documentation is not always available as is technical support. Some features require coding - though it's basic coding.
