Pros the most impressive features I think that real-time interaction and easy workflow notices and comments with attached documents were the most impactful features of GanttPRO software. GanttPRO solution was very useful even for the training team and was closely interfaced and implemented with our ERP information system and for all our business processes. Cons I hope that a template model task can be copied for the main tasks of one project at one click and I don't need to copy the template task for every new task because in our case, all main tasks should follow the same process so they have the same subtasks. February 24, 2026 5.0 Pros I’ve been using GanttPRO for the past few weeks to manage several complex projects, for my Coursework and it has honestly transformed how I understand Project Management. I was initially looking for a tool that was more powerful than a simple to-do list but not as cumbersome as something like Microsoft Project. GanttPRO is exactly what I needed. The interface is very intuitive and I didn't need to watch hours of tutorials to get started. The drag-and-drop functionality for adjusting task durations and dependencies is very easy learning. I was building a detailed project timeline within my first hour. The visual clarity of the Gantt charts is outstanding, making it easy to spot bottlenecks and see the critical path at a glance. Cons I only wish the Printing options were as robust! The ability to Print each section as a snapshot would be very beneficial for those who like to take notes old-school. I don't find it that intuitive to use to begin with, e.g., finding and filtering current tasks by start date, or deadline, or priority is not that easy. It does exactly what I wanted it to, and very well, as I said in the pros, the customization in terms of colors and shapes of tasks, the export function is great should I want an image of my chart, which I've used on several occasions. Whenever I create a chart using GanttPro, it always ends up being a good project, due to GanttPro doing it's best to make sure I stay on schedule, I really loved my experience. Pros I mostly used this product to create Gantt charts, which is really does a fantastic job at. Between the different customization of colors, shapes and task types, and as well as exporting to PDF/ XML/ Excel/ PNG features, which come in handy, should you want to work outside of GanttPro's system with other team members. I also loved the way it tracks your progress really well, making sure, I'm always on schedule when it comes to finishing my projects on time. TL;DR if you need to create a Gantt Chart, look no further because you've arrived at your destination.I really don't have much bad to say about this great project. Can be used whether an operating system or device is being used.Easy to use interface, guidelines, and supporting material are fantastic.The ability to share and work in real-time with teammates, colleagues, and stakeholders. Cons Can't export the projects to a Microsoft project file (MPP) or couldn't find the option. I suppose this is a by-design limitation to increase the number of people using the platform. But in a real scenario, you work with several teams, outside an organization and they will definitely use MS Project, it was very hard to keep up with the changes in this scenario. RN Health, Wellness and Fitness Used the software for: I used a free trial ### "Project Management at Uni" May 8, 2023 5.0 I have found the experience with GanttPRO exceptional as I produced a Gantt chart for a university project that was a benefit to the project and other team members, helping to organise and maintain a realistic schedule for our project. Pros I liked the ease of use which was pretty intuitive. The visualisation aspect of GanttPro was very helpful for quick overviews of the project schedule. The different activities could be colour coded, as could the tasks within them, enabling differentiation of activities at a glance. Cons I accidentally moved some tasks on the timeline without realising. It is very easy to adjust things in the chart which is helpful but when you are not sure what you might have moved it can be confusing. I came across GanttPRO and tried it out with the 14-day trial version. During this time, I was able to tailor the tool to my needs and adapt it to my thesis. It should also be mentioned that I have unfortunately not yet tested the mobile app at this time and can therefore not give an assessment. In conclusion, I can only recommend everyone to test this tool for themselves! Pros \- Tool can be used with a team, so tasks can be distributed accurately without losing the overview.- Quickly set task items and milestones based on their level and importance.- Access to the project no matter when and where you are.- Clear user interface that is easy to navigate. Thus, a quick and effortless change of the project work plan is possible as quickly as possible. - For me personally of huge advantage, the setting of deadlines for certain tasks.- A built-in export function to convert the plan to a PDF, for example. Project Manager Non-Profit Organization Management Used the software for: I used a free trial ### "Easy to implement and user friendly" December 4, 2023 4.0 Pros We are a small team of 3 family members trying to put together a housing project in-conjunction with the New Zealand government to provide a housing solution to the New Zealand housing issues. We have tested four PM software over the last 3 months to find which one would help us achieve our targets of listing out our tasks by responsibility and keep us on tract to achieving these in our set time frame. GanttPro was the first program we tested, and it ticked ALL the boxes, easy it is to use, its layout was pleasing to the eye and the features were easy to understand. One of our members isn't very computer literate and he picked it up within hours. After trying out the others we have come back to GanttPro and address our only issue, which was cost. They have been very helpful in finding a solution for us. Cons Just the costing. Having to get a minimum of 5 seat for us wasn't variable.
