This tool has helped me plan my masters thesis throughout the semester. This was especially helpful because of the tool that allows us to priorities tasks. I also found different color schemed task bars to be very helpful as you can differentiate tasks in a more graphical way. Cons The downside of any high-level user interface is that we lose control of changing minor settings. For instance, I prefer to keep my dates in the gantt chart as months and days and I do not want the year as my project does not span across two years. Review Source AC Alex C. I especially liked how realistic it was, and it matched my theory components exactly. Its really easy to set tasks and then sub tasks underneath. Then in order to see the whole picture, the days / weeks zoom function is really really useful. Color coding is really nice for a cool looking gantt chart. Easy to adjust the view and deleted not needed columns. Cons 1\. The huge watermarks in PDF downloads versions durig the trial. I think if the free trial access is suppose to give a chance to learn more about how the tool is working, those huge watermarks are just disturbing. 2. No legend. I understand that things are pretty visible and readable anyway, but it would help if the gantt chart has a large amount of data. There is literally nothing redeeming about this software. Cons It's impossible to use. Next to no documentation. Obviously the reviews are fake. There's three sites with 70 reviews? Yeah. Red flag right there. The specific problem I had is that every time you add a dependency, instead of tracking it on to the end, it shifts all your tasks left. Also if you add a dependency group of tasks and add dependencies in those tasks, it sets a delay of the dependent tasks so you just have this gap of time, and you must simply accept this. Awful. The worst ever. This product causes cancer and diarrhea.
