I have been able to self learn the software but the customer service team has done a good job checking in so I feel that they are very accessible if I needed assistance. It is a nice and affordable system. Pros I purchased the software for planning purposes to create project timelines for our business. It has been easy to use and straightforward. I export the timeline to PDF and then email to the team for project updates. It has a nice appearance and presents well for this purpose. You can easily add columns desired to the view. October 21, 2019 5.0 Overall I really like the software, I think you can do a wide range of things with it and it makes it very easy to communicate with members among a team without having to repeat yourself or frequently meet face to face. Pros Using this software was quick and easy, I used a given template to find something similar to what I was planning and was able to customize as much as I wanted. There are color themes to choose from making it easy to match my presentation, without adding on more design time. I would definitely use this again in the future, and will be able to use this timeline throughout the duration of my project in order to make sure I am using time efficiently and wisely. Just as importantly it dispenses with all of the unnecessary complexities of MS Project. Cons Undoing changes is quite unsettling and unintuitive because you have to roll back to a previous version. It works, but a one-click "undo" would be so much easier. April 13, 2018 5.0 Pros Most important feature for me is that you're able to edit the same document with multiple users at the same time and the changes automatically sync. None of the other Gantt tools can do that and I tried all of them. All other features that you would expect from a Gantt program are there and easy/obvious to use (dependencies, automatic scheduling, etc). Exports to PDF look great for presenting to client. Cons It is very expensive. You have to purchase a minimum of 5 user licenses even if you don't use all of them. Cons Missing a couple of key features that I would find really valuable: - The ability to shuffle the whole plan by X days (sometimes projects start a week later but all the time estimates remain the same). - The PNG export doesn't include the nested structure, and doesn't look as good as the editor. I'm not very experienced in making gantt charts, but this was so easy and everything looked really good, without me even trying. Loved it.
